Lee - This is exactly what I was expecting one to point out. Anyone screaming that we are having mercuria to fund... Mercuria are NOT funding... it doesn't matter it is a million $ or billion $ company is it? Agreement is against an "offtake agreement". What we have from Mercuria is $9.5m (Tranche A - $4m and Tranche B - $5.5m) So when AP was saying that we have a non-dilutive option, everyone made the assumption that we have Mercuria to back VAST up, which was wrong...

Castaway - thanks for the clafication; why are we asking for more money for Manaila then? new dumpers/excavators should be coming from mercuria funding.. you see? FTB - why do we need to raise to de-watering BP now? it should come from mercuria? What am I missing?

Dodge - you see... many people screaming that BP is done deal and we will have it few days? If this is the case, then use mercuria's tranche 2 money... but AP haven't got the BP licence and wants funds.. the way this appears is very "disorganized" IMO... things haven't gone to plan, which AP must spell out - what had not got as per plans? is it tranche 2 or something else...

Torchy - spot on... AP has right intentions... but you are spot on with your judgement, that people will take what AP says with a "pinch of salt" after today's RNS

Dodge - what is mercuria tranche 2 for? If the funds are required for new acquisition - again, mercuria would support it. Also, RNS states BP de-watering and the rest of the work, which mercuria funds should be supporting? let me ask - what is happening to tranche 2? what do we plan to do with it?

well gotabe - I am not saying lots of good news in today's RNS... I am not selling for 10% trades...

gotabe - not the time to sell though... at 0.43p, risk/reward has changed... disappointed, but holding... lets see

lee - baseline figure below the last issue price is 0.50p would have annoyed most VAST shareholders... same question, why? 15% discount to the last issue price?

Lee - I understand, that he is asking for approval to issue upto 400m shares... but bad timing IMO.. If AP issued a RNS saying BP is done and dusted, he can dictate the issue price - but not now... 400m shares will hang on, downward spiral of VAST SP... 1st you need reversal...

Lee - 400m shares to be issued to raise �1.65m, equates to 0.4125p.... is my calculations correct? why did AP issue a RNS now for raising is the question? Why not wait?
