Placement RNS was lined up... :) Well - i am not criticizing AP. Now, I am scrutinizing everything he says.. AP has done a stellar job so far. But need to improve his communication for AIM listed VAST. you said it - insurance for BP not arriving. If you are sure of BP arriving you won;t ask permission before would you. Now I have every doubt on timings on BP licence arrival. 0.40p or 0.4125p base price - 400m shares to raise £1.65m.. equates to 0.4125p, worst case scenario. No BP and AP need to place.

Lee - I asked this question yesterday, let me ask again. If AP is confident of higher SP, he should have requested for lesser shares. Why do you want to cover at 0.4p, 20% discount to previous placing? Why did AP take 0.4p as the base valuation - no current takers at 0.50p for placement? AP said "not placing at this level" - correct AP said "No more dilution" - proved wrong Taking AP's yesterday's "not placing at this level" with a pinch of salt and won't be surprised if he does.

Micksnags1 - Yep, over bought RSI at 90.. back to 66, which is good... bullish move above 200 SMA... yesterday's gap-up = run away gap.. I don't see this being filled at all..... bullish GLA

which charts you guys are looking at? 11p for a trend reversal? We have already reversed the trend, closing above 4p... keep above 4p, would be a good sign... double bottom and trend reversal is already in progress... 6-7p next move...

Topicel - I had been really harsh on HAA, with his performance in the last 2 years. With political instability and delay in financing, HAA kept kicking the can down the road. Looks like this is all coming together. Bond issuance will seal this and rest of the work can commence for kicking off construction. Exciting times ahead... By the 16p is just a started.. after construction, production and valuation increases.... and add our beautiful saudi asset, when the copper price is bullish with demand outstripping supply..... GL

lets look at simple equation... Tulu Kapi valuation - 23% owned by Ethiopian govt, 23% by Ethiopian syndicate for $30m.. now remaining 54% is worth $70m based on yesterday's transaction.. KEFI for tulu kapi only (leaving other assets) - �52m.. our current MC - �13.31... We are worth close to 16p each, based on yesterday's transaction.. we are way undervalued. Best Regards

absolutely - KEFI is way undervalued.. �15m MC.. once the bond issuance is completed or RNS on bond issuance, expect another re-rate... and we will continue to creep up as we make progress during the construction phase... exciting time for KEFI holders.. GLA

castaway - I am a bigger supporter for AP, please don't get me wrong.. I would prefer if he keeps quiet and gets on with the job... he has delivered some fantastic things for VAST in the last 5 months he had been incharge of. lets see, when we will get the BP licence RNS... hopefully things will settle down with that RNS. castaway - no point selling/trading for 5-10% thats not what I am here for in VAST... I have set an autumn timeline to review vast performance/fundamentals.. no problem with 2 weeks delay or 2 months delays as far as I am concerned... It is about principles... please see the last 3 months AP podcasts where "non-dilutive" options were claimed time and time again?? OK things happens, we may need to do the placing, fine agreed... but then without BP licence - asking for approval? these were 2 things I was disappointed with..

schmoops - said multiple times... I disagree.. we may have 100 acquisitions lined up.. but get your basics right. Get your BP licence first and then think about funding... 2-3 weeks delay in the grand scheme of things is nothing. Why can't AP wait for another 2-3 weeks? How much is left in VAST's kitty? do you know? In the podcast, if nomad/bod suggested to have this back-up plan, are we really that tight on cash, we cannot wait for 2-3 weeks?

absolutely poor poor timing - however you look at it... if BP licence is that close, why can't wait for few more weeks - 2-3 weeks delay is no big deal in grand scheme of things... Now, when BP licence lands, people know that we have a potential placing, BP licence rise will be sold in to... shambles... Poor timing and poor communication...
