How much AP wants to raise from placing 850m shares, 15% dilution..

These are not placement prices, but using as a guide only...
850m @ 0.5p placement price = £4.25m or $5.5m
850m @ 0.6p placement = £5.1m or $6.5m

$650k is required BP... how much is required for other projects, how much is required for working capital needs?

I wouldn't giving AP 850m shares placement without knowing where the money would be going?

I would encourage other share holders here to be clear on where the money will be going and decide on how you vote.

Ian - short term, mid-term, long term holders... all wanted BP licence.... get it first.... then ask for $$$ AP fooled share holders last time, with this BS headroom... what happened last time??

AP is CEO of VAST currently... Shareholders has the right to change CEOs, when needed.. :)

Pecten - market is not believing AP's story yet... there is potential for us to become a mid-tier, don't get me wrong..

From AP's delivery so far - MC is about right... based on various valuation..

Pecten111 - valuation... not far.. take BP as a liability for now... add $0.5m expenses for a quarter, i.e., $2m/year as liability :)

patienvestor - just saw your message... spot on - in regards to delays... AP is a good deal maker.. and a great one at that... I want to see he will spare from "operational" standpoint and "delivery". Assets will become a liability, if you are poor operationally and you cannot deliver revenue/growth.

Could VAST go bust? If things go too bad, we could go bust. We are expanding too fast and too thin - thats my worry too. But a lot to things needs to go wrong for it happen. I don't expect it to, we can still survive without BP and marange/diamonds failure. We can remain operational, but will end most of our dreams of being mid-tier...

not interested in blind ramps... can someone explain why 5p and how that 5p is made up of... currently 0.60p.. someone called vast a potential for 100 bagger.. :)

current mc - £33m... manaila losing money... BP a liability.. PP-decent and generating revenue.. all other assets will absorb costs before generating value... without BP - MC is about right... if and when we get BP, has the potential to double, based on $60-$100m NPV.. Currently potential, thats all.. without BP.

watch all the AP podcasts... and RNS... it was imminent.. But when did VAST actually submit it to ANRM?

on 06-Aug-18 VAST confirmed that it submitted the docs. Not ANRM's fault.. VAST's

on 20-Sep-18, documents submitted by VAST was incorrect - not meeting mining legislation and had to be amended.. Not ANRM's fault. VAST's.

Everything now blamed on ANRM.. incorrect... Own up VAST.

For all the daily meetings AP had been having with Romanian officials, we haven't recd the licence yet!! what these meetings for, do you know?

Small delay?? small delay which has costed VAST already in millions even before the licence was issued...

as soon as someone wants to sell.... all they have to do is - do a trade for 1 share.... flurry of buys to tuck the sells in.. :)
