pepco - I am always sceptical when it comes to placement... there will always be people who will buy a stock for a reason... churn it for 10-20% profit and move one.. :) some may hold longer.... by the way - when are we getting institutional investor on board VAST? :)

Pepco - do you know how many still left to place and how much VAST can raise? 20% discount to current SP - place just before BP licence... everyone is a winner... except for long term SH! :)

VM - I can few more points on newly acquired assets for free... will ruffle the feathers of few here... just keeping quiet for now... I am really not interested in free new assets... we have big ones, focus on big ones.. as said before..

without having enough cash - AP agreed to pay everything upfront to Baita SA on licence issuance!! why?

Kingsley - $650k due immediately to Baita SA on the grant of licence... correct.. perhaps - AP will use the overdraft facility from zim and move the money to pay Baita SA.. :)) AP had said, he can move money from Zim! :)

Mizman - not sure, it I would call that attack on AP..... I have said my reasons why I am not happy... I know, I have disappointed a few..

VM - was just a tongue in cheek comment... nothing against AP.. I have made that clear.. my comment was more to that SH do have the power to oust a poor CEO if needed.... agree with castaway below, got to give AP a bit more time..

My one of the big concern - expanding too fast and too thin... exposing VAST too early, looks like a high risk strategy... with some key assets - bp and diamonds/zagra... and improving the existing ones, without having to acquire anything new, VAST can prosper...

lack of understanding from me on how things work - it works 2 ways. i may need to live with it and second one is we (shareholders) can change it. people don't understand shareholders power... CEOs are appointed by SHs to run the company... make too many mistakes.... and.... when was the last time VAST changed its CEO? Don't think it is necessary now - but.....

gemstar - key assets will make a difference... as you have or someone else who have pointed out - BP, diamonds/marange & zagra... focus on this key assets... I fear AP will want to expand too fast, too thin and grind us to a halt, if things go pear shaped.

someone wrote about getting free deals on other assets - honestly, as a VAST shareholder, I don't care too much about those assets now... will become a liability at some point.. before it becomes liability, vast need generate cash from some of the key assets...

AP & his BOD needs to know that whilst some shareholders are happy to support him, many are fed-up with missed timelines... and continue to place...

schmoops - 12 months tenure, thats a very fair comment.. Please don't get me wrong either - AP has turned around VAST in my opinion. Without AP I wouldn't have invested in VAST, in the first place.

For me AP need to get his basics correct.... everyone is understandable of delays... but the communication had been awful...

If you are unclear on costs, you should ask VAST/AP... you are entitled to question as a shareholder... I would be doing too..

scmoops - will praise AP for his hard work for last 3.5 years, if and when it lands... :) When BP lands, we can move on from this saga.. :)

read chairman's letter more than 10 times.. please look for all podcast before last placement.. NO dilution message from AP.. will find the videos later today... and then did a placement to cover BP maintenance cost last time around..

delays and other unexpected things happen, people are understandable... BP had gone beyond excuses now...

if you don't understand... so far, AP hasn't delivered on BP licence - FACT. no one is believing AP and the markets are not believing AP. Don't scream, that AP will deliver.... just deliver and show.

troytom - AP painted a different picture every time in podcasts... no dilution.. no dilution.. will do deals without dilution etc... I expect VAST to be cash hungry, then tell that to the shareholders.. don't say one thing and do another thing.

If AP spells out what the cash is required, many shareholders will be more than understandable... trust in AP took a beating during last placement... waiting for more info before AGM :)

Hi Patienvestor - SP reaction is one thing, but delivery is another.... I keep saying, AP had done some good deals... but it won't move the SP... Diamonds/BP and some fantastic revenue/profit would move the SP...

If VAST has done some great work and delivered and if the SP doesn't react - so be it, I won't be disappointed. It is that we expect the SP to shoot up before delivering...

Lets see what news we get over the next week or so, before deciding on AGM voting. 850m shares - headroom only, will only issue what is required is BS... same as last time. When we approve 850m shares, this is what you would expect to be placed...
