2pence - I told before, BP is a liability at the moment. The way AP is building VAST - most of the assets would end up being a liability. Expanding too fast and too thin, with little revenue.

Lee - if you believe AP want to place 50m shares at 2p, he can request authorisation close to placement. You don’t need headroom. Certainly I don’t believe AP would place at 2p for what we are authorising now. I keep saying-shareholders approved last headroom and what SP did AP places at? Why would it be any different this time?

well - some poor comments... in regards to risks... well Rom and Zim are high risk for business for many reasons... political stability... bureaucracy.... licences being taken away... and can be kicked out the country altogether.. everything is a possibility. thats the risk/reward... GL

Lee - great to hear from you.. I agree everything apart from AGM and the support. Last time, I gave the benefit of doubt and the headroom. This time - placement of 850m shares and the money needed to be clear. Depending on placement price, VAST could get $4-6m. BP payment $650k and $1m diamond. AP need to come out and tell what the remaining money is for. If it is for working capital, so be it. I am as a shareholder is in the dark.

If AP asks for $1.65m - yes, I would support and approve. But without clarity, I will be voting it down - I may not have the majority, but I certainly will express myself. :)

Lee - good to challenge though... at the end everyone is looking for the same objective..... you and few others are super positive...... whilst few others and I are sceptical... I welcome people who challenge CEO and companies, seek clarification where required. What I don't like doing is - speculating! GL

OK - I have gone over board with AP and the way he is running VAST... with too many deals... instead of picking strategic assets. Its only fair to say that, I will keep quiet - until further info comes through and let him get on with the work on hand.

I am sceptical but I want VAST to succeed, as much as some here...

Would be glad that this BP licence saga is over. We can move on to develop BP and diamonds..

ORT - what are those number of reasons, forward selling doesn't stack up?

Angus - 850m shares, do you think, the buyers are not lined up? VAST cannot issue for sure.. but would have a fair knowledge or who would be taking this... if this volume is created by forward selling, I won't be surprised... usually beneficiaries of placing will want more placing.. :)

Focusing on AP - is significant.. and how he runs it. I have seen CEO bring companies to its knees, because they have expanded too fast and too thin... and simply bundled out....

Jokes apart; To be honest - good deal... game changing potential for vast and its share holders.. also some clarity coming through on costs $1m.. part of the jigsaw puzzle on 850m shares placement... more to solve, but atleast how much diamonds are costing is clear. As a shareholder, if AP asks for $1m today, I would approve it now. :) No problem with that...
