ORT - Please don't get me wrong... we are way undervalued, just on the assets we have and with the current revenue - not denying that.. we should be atleast 1.2p or £60m MC.. But the question we keep asking was - why our SP is not reflecting it... markets wants to see these assets generate revenue and cash flow... IMO

Pecten - you go back and read again mate.. refer to the previous post... revenue was the title... :) refer to ORT's message... $2m is operation profit correct... if you see whom I am replying to.. it is NOT misleading... and mentions "profit at the end of my sentence".........

Pecten - Not disagreeing with the numbers.. that $2m profit is good... but not good enough for VAST expansion... there are lots of reasons why we are not making $20m profit... but current profit is not enough and hence the placement..

ORT - Thanks for your reply.. we can agree to disagree.. absolutely no problem at all...

Revenue - $2m is good... but still not good enough, as VAST is expanding faster.. chewing more than it is capable of swallowing and hence the need for headroom... :) tell me otherwise, hopefully VAST doesn't need the placement and we can cover from our profits.

Funding and cashflow: everything that you have said is theory and a plan. Market is waiting to see if that theory will turn out to be in reality.. :)

Tranche 2 - is important agree... but drawing tranche 2 is different to making it work..

All I am talking about results... you are talking about the process and plans..?? having a plan is good - hopefully VAST delivers against it...

suki - lol... i get that you have a lot of faith.... but to come out and tell that SP will move north on tranche 2 is a different thing... if AP stops saying and shows it to the market... market will believe it.. market is waiting and watching :)

not only last podcast, every podcast AP does is encouraging... revenue hasn't been encouraging, cashflow hasn't been encouraging and AP coming for placing isn't encouraging... :)

suki - shareholders approved 800m+ shares to be placed yielding $5.5-$6.5m depending on placement price 0.5-0.6p.. Tranche 2 - need to be clear how vast would re-pay, draw too early vast will be in soup!! Which is why AP hasn't drawn it yet - need to have a clear work plan before he does... I hope you are correct, when we receive tranche 2, we will close to 1p than 0.5p.. GL

suki - headroom approved in the AGM fella.... AP/VAST has it in their hands...

remember earlier in the year? - SP was held because of tranche 1... and various complexities... that was done and dusted.. and 2) BP is holding the SP up... we had ministry approval... 3) markets wants the final BP.. we had the final BP 4) market wants it signed within 5 days... we had that signed and paid the amount..... 5) markets needs clarity on hangover of placement in Aug and BOD rushed to place......

and now when we have the tranche 2........ when it lands and SP doesn't move up, what reasons we will find it? diamonds/marange?

Pepco - market sentiments agree... previously BP licence was holding up the share price.. now that BP is delivered, SP had headed south... We have expanded more now - we have too many assets... markets wants to know how it will all be funded... if we will have enough revenue and cash flow to become a mid-tier...

market is asking... vast should show "how" and hence the current SP... How? BP is approved now - make it work, revenue + cash flow positive... show increased revenue in existing ops vs what AP did, oops we are losing money in Romania... Don't tell the market, it is not believing... show it - it will believe! GL!! Market is sick of jam tomorrow aim stories.. Not saying vast is one.. but prove!!

we are all waiting patiently... lets see what next 3 months brings

Suki - what do you think is holding up VAST's share price? VAST has released some fantastic RNSs over the last 4 weeks including BP.. SP has dropped since... why do you think tranche 2 will move the SP?

Markets have generally turned negative, may be a correction - but will turn eventually. I think markets wants to see results delivered i.e., increased revenue, increased cash flow and not to depend on share holders for more money. Or as conspiracy theory goes, someone is holding the SP up or shorting VAST.

I believe VAST will eventually come good - but needs to show results..

krazy - CEOs are paid to run the company and deliver results for the business... Certainly not to sniff around the boards... If the CEO does the job properly, if delivers results, sentiment will take care of itself and so will the SP eventually. Insecure CEOs and CEOs who want to appeal to PIs will come around and sniff around to see what is happening on BBs.

AP/CEOs doesn't have to be in BBs to get the current sentiment - just check the share price.. he/she will know it straight away!!

IMO - if any CEOs who joins BB, I would see this as WASTE OF HIS/HER TIME and has nothing better to do.

I am not against group of investors forming a forum - by all means... LSE/Twitter/any other media.. not an issue at all and not against it either...

Krazyasif786 - Honestly you lot are serious?? inviting AP to twitter and various other groups? Let AP focus on his job and deliver results, rather than inviting him to various groups? Whoever is inviting AP to these groups are wasting his time and not sure whose best interest it is?

The way I see it - AP and directors dealing was on 24-Oct-18. As per SEC rules, if you are in closed period; directors cannot buy/sell shares.. Based on AP's buy on 24-Oct, any significant news will have to be after 24-Nov. Temporarily money may be leaving VAST... expect it to come back after 24-Nov. GL

wider markets in deep red.... but it does is, nudges the price of gold higher - which makes the fundamentals of VAST stronger.. shame that we released some fantastic news, when the wider market is falling... here for the long run - but AP and VAST must continue to deliver results. GLA

gold price moving up... and copper prices at critical junction too... fundamentals looking strong... hopefully our revenue will reflect it..
