Dear AP, I had been saying, too many deals, spreading it too thin, not enough revenue.. Inst Investor - Bergen? wonga type - death spiral, sp from 0.7 to 0.3p. Thanks for the xmas present, smack in PIs face! Stop all the BS and focus on BP.

Now how many times - AP saying one thing and doing another?! How many times...??

- when will we get Tranche2?
- if not successful with mercuria, when do we say AP will trigger the other 4 he has in the background..

usually you would have a timeplan even for this - I think with all delays in BP, tranche1, AP may not want to share this with shareholders.. if thats the case fair enough. If you choose not to share, hopefully AP will H1 target - otherwise, I can see another outcry with shareholders..

Sandy - I have been making this point for a long time now... timings missed.. some for good reasons - totally understand delays..

What makes you say it is "commercially confidential" - IMO without money, no matter what plans you put it - it won't work. Is that correct, AP cannot commit or put a timeplan before tranche2?

I hear that 50 people are active in BP - VAST shareholders (someone here in this BB) have asked what are they doing? Not sure this is confidential either..

Sandy - when did I say that I expect a vertical start-up on production? I don't expect that with VAST anyway.. Agree on your H1, lets see where we are at in H1 on BP production.

Sandy - "We intend to publish the start-up works programme in order for shareholders to keep track of the re-start schedule over the coming days and provide regular updates over the course of the next six months as we target initial production from Baita Plai in H1 2019."

Did we get the re-start schedule over the coming days? and did we get any update? - funny half the sentence, already failed the commitment. :) We could still hit the end point, which is H1, lets see...

Sandy - let me dig out some of his podcasts after this BP announcement.. where talks of revenue in 6 months.. Might have got mixed-up with 6 months update vs production. I get it - H1 production..

Not saying ignore Marange - things changes, keep it ticking, if we get it great - if not, doesn't bother me.. icing on the cake for me.

Too much focus on Marange and other deals... too little focus on Manaila? T2 could have been lined up with DD in advance, if it is linked in BP. BP delayed costed us, further delays would cost further.. Lot of projects could be in back burner, until BP is revenue generating... with no much revenue, we will have further placements.. Thats my concern..

Sandy - "Fantasy: focus can evolve" - this had been my biggest worry with AP!!

Sandy - each to their own. I am focusing on what my CEO commits to. 6 months from BP licence in to production! Not that slight delay is a worry - kicking can down the road is!! I have heard BP operational within 3 months before! :)

FHP - Just questioning AP and his deliveries so far.. Deals-Fantastic.. Delivery on production-poor... Too many deals, too thin, too many placements... and no focus on production or revenue...

What % does AP has in BP? What % does AP has in blueberry, eureka and other projects?

Sandy - focus had been on AP and BP. Nothing else.

Are you expecting 17-Apr-19 for BP to be revenue generating or another missed one from AP? what is your view?

FHP - diamond is external, BP is mostly internal now. AP should show us the plan - ball in AP court. Need update, good or bad.

Sandy - understand... I was expecting a clear plan from VAST on BP development in 4 weeks of getting the BP. The way BP was treated before the licence was sorted. But somehow no update on BP - 2 months after receiving it. Is it fair to say we won't be generating revenue by 17-Apr-19 or is it too early?

ORT - what % of BP does AP hold? and what % of Eureka, blueberry or others AP holds does anyone know?

Sandy - 2 months on and you expect to hear it in the interims is it? BP was delivered, 6 months in to production - waiting to see how this pans our.. but would expect a clear from VAST/AP and not to be buried in the interims.
