Excellent post as always CJ. I wonder is it up there with events for now though. Might be worth taking some off the table in all honesty though the spread makes it hard to trade these.

A rare good call by me Moorey :). Pity we have slipped below 700p though on profit taking today. I would like to see us finish above that tomorrow to make me think that 750p can be achieved. The market is currently bouyant and will get a further filip is US/China talks are resolved which would I assume drag GBG up in tandem. I think it has further to go too but trading might be worthwile as well as buying the dips.

Well high season begins in December these days according Dekel Agri so we might claw back some more of our paper losses. We should have bought some from John Lewis with its 5 year warranty. We could bring some back :). I don't think there are many levers which will boost the price before the production update in six weeks but if we could get some sustained buying we could nudge upwards. Dumper dude or an iteration of him was shedding more this afternoon :(

Having had a look at the respective mcaps I can see CHH could not afford PMP. Perhaps some private equity could revive PMP.

so we might see the recent high of 9500p reclaimed. I might shed some at that price after a good run up. £73 is looking mighty cheap currently.

That is the question. Looks a good arena to be in with the SP of ITV beaten down. Divis have been useful here but the SP has fallen a long way. The recovery from its lows have also been useful. Some bid speculation would be useful to propel this one upwards.

Is something afoot? Maybe investors saw certain things and have started to pile in.. Maybe stocking up for xmas or making reservations for the Santa Claus rally. Trading update is early January son i can't see what has inspired this bout of buying. Very pleased holder.

A much more favourable response his morning after a consideration of the results has taken place.. A 6.07% increase is a good antidote to yesterday's sickly sell-off. The outlook was fairly confident so I am hoping we can breach 800p and move back towards highs.

and I am rapidly losing faith in the company. Very promising but only if you take that as literally promising a lot. But delivering very little. I was unfortunate to have bought on a spike so never have seen even a paper profit here. Any move below 5p and I am out. Good luck to all investors though.

A very strong reaction as the market woke up to these. I cant believe how long it took to assess the results and send the SP hurtling upwards. A new trading range ( year high?) so maybe some profit taking tomorrow but I think 750p is realistic now as a short-term target. I need to reassess though what point these would be overbought. Great share for me so far.

Hard to tell the identity or motive of the seller of course Rugs but there has been a long and persistent pattern of selling into strength. And certainly in decent volume which has weighed on the price. You would hope that investors would stay the course. The reason I suspect there is a dumped dude is it is hard to match these persistent sales with buys suggesting the dumper or dumpers have sizeable holdings matched by a willingness to sell on good news.

Peel Hunt today reaffirms its buy investment rating on GB Group PLC (LON:GBG) and raised its price target to 768p (from 626p).

Seems like sells are only getting close to the bid so I wonder if a further easing in the SP is on the table. I suspect that Churchill China might make a bid for this to take out a competitor and advantage of the straitened SP. CHH is moving strongly by comparison to PMP.

But many people would say it is about time as it has seemed a tad slow for ages. Some new investors have obviously clocked this one with the important xmas season coming up. When I have a bit more time on my hands I would like to purchase some of these. Luxury goods are quite a good hedge against downturns.

on this? A pattern of very strong buying interest has pushed the price tag past 1700p. The opposite of a cup and handle may be forming.the reason rise has been more than enough for me to dine out on even though I don;t know what lies beneath it.

and yet muted market reaction. It was ever thus with GBG. There is enough in the update for me to add to my holding. Very strong non-uk growth which will be useful post-Brexit.

Someone must be crystalising a loss! All sales now even though 1.5p is a support of sorts. I expect 1.5p to give way shortly.

and no real headaches. 5% rise in the divi to 12.5p is surely not to be sneezed at. I expect the SP to be perkier this morning and with the reasonably confident outlook I am hoping the SP gets off its sick bed and reaches 800p again. Might be a stretcher to say today but in the course of time.
