Michu you have acknowledged it is a gamble, the others must be bottom fishers or cannot read properly. I am interested to hear from comes from the AGM incidentally. I expect more flannel. to journey away from WIZZ when it hit 4000p but seeing today's update there is more air miles in the SP. I revise my target price to 4700p. Once we nose through 4000p it should be all blue skies until at least 4300p.

Appalling results. 5.2million in revenue but 4.1 million in admin expenses. Add in a net cash spend of 1.27m in operating expenses. 1.8 million loss but only £710,000 left two months ago. You know what is coming folks.

A cash cow for the board. Everyone else is getting milked. Nothing to see here. Time to MOOve on.

You only need one bad quarter though to lose 25%. Well someone or some fund has paid 1870p which is an all-time high so things are going swimmingly. I might sell say 20% coming up to the New Year as perhaps an excellent q4 is built into the price. And this is a crucial trading period. Great to see it nudge above 1800p again on the bid.

suggests to me that if we can get more sellers out without carnage or selling dries up and buyers come in then we could get a further move up. Seems like some holders are selling into the rise. As always- and Lincoln is always keen for exmaples- there are possible duplicate trades very close in time that may be cancelled tomorrow. It would be nice to end at least 6% up today ahead of hopefully some moves up from here but we are probably at a pivot point where it could go any route due to the spread. Some newspaper coverage would be nice too and perhaps St Brides- for newbies to the board they are the folk who sit behind me at the AGM each year- could earn their corn by promoting the story.

Afternoon Jessell. Yes 75% is required to pass the motion. Unfortunately I can't see why the Board would float the idea if they weren;t pretty sure it would go ahead. They would have known how damaging delisting is to the SP. I don't think the company would survive anyway as it has spelt out the cost of remaining listed on AIM and plan b is to continue with a NEX listing but no other levers for recovery. Unless there is an activist holder this has no chance of not going through imo.

Haven't seen mine yet but might watch it on-demand later or see if there is a repeat at 2am.

Morning j/k. Yes indeed. Another 8% of the company spliced and diced among the Board for taking us back to a third of the all-time high. Plenty of shares available on the open market if they want to incentivise themselves to grow the company! Further dilution as well the dilution for shares in lieu of payment to the guy who leaves 2 bottles of red top on the doorstep of the plush offices in St James Square SW1. It was ever thus.

Very exciting Rugs and while we are all agog they have managed to sneak out options including a 33% at under the current SP which CAN be vested immediately. I love the Gok wanning of updating the options to reflect the current SP in order to incentivise the holders. How come the previous ones never incentivised the holders? The dreadful SP performance has happened on their watch after all. How do the one third standstill options incentivise holders anyway?
But a every welcome development nonetheless. And quite a good market to get into if the core production is doing well as the empty fruit bunches will be feedstuff. The downside is of course I would imagine the process to starting Solar Energy is quite slow but still a very welcome revenue stream when it comes about.
In just hope our BOD who are very good at distractions and Sideshow Bob ( Norpalm , Ghana) will keep a focus on the core essence of DKL which is CPO production and sales after all.

Heading towards full ask now Rivaldo so we might see 2.6p or 2.75p on the ask with some Friday buying. This would be a decent gap to where we were recently at under 2p but given the overall dreadful SP performance nothing to crow about of course.

time-out on buying these though they are still on my watchlist . If I had a time-machine I would go back to when these were 290p and I would have loads on my hands today. Saw an ad for these in The Times newspaper and was intrigued.

director selling to take advantage of the spike and the end of the closed period no doubt has spooked the SP today. Throws up a buying opportunity I think as we are 20 p (lowest case) 70p ( optimistic case) off fair value. Will maintain a watching brief for now.

of 27p but only down 16p. I think TEP will soon recover the divi drop. Certainly worth picking up more on weakness.

With gains building on yesterday's rise. UDG looking in rude health once more. Results were at the top end of guidance so after 18 months of ill-health I am looking forward to the dizzy heights of 900p again.
