Thought I did OK buying at 3.61 yesterday, its cheaper today. Now--to get a few more eggs for my basket or wait till Monday.?

It is always good to hear your views on matters and without doubt you have an understanding of the problems faced by the company at a higher level than most of us on here. My main concern is other than the C37 work, how on earth are any of the current near term work activities going to be funded. As you say in the overall scheme of operations currently under the jurisdiction of SOCAR, Zenith are small fry and likely not at the top of any particular agenda. The plug installation at C37 is relatively low cost and surely current funds are sufficient to complete that work on receipt of said plug and the OK from Socar.
The success of that particular operation is key to unlocking potential funds to continue at Tilapia. i.e, a small amount of credibility restored and a higher SP. I would however instigate a further downhole logging survey of 103c before committing to a rig and drill/sidetrack program just to confirm or refute the previous findings from Anglo. no oil--no point so to speak. (Even though the indications are that there a several potential zones in the shallower 'R' sections, Mengo is allegedly nailed on and the oil seen to be seeping to surface at 103 emanates from Djeno.)
The cost to buy out Anglo is increasing in terms of share allocation by the day, therefore progress, and a half decent result on C37 would go some way to redress that situation. There is on the face of it a rock and a hard place where Andrea has backed himself into and the exit from that situation is getting increasingly narrower. Field operations focussed on an early value accretive activity is now critical to the future of Zenith.
If the SP goes below 1p, I would have to raid the piggy bank.

Has there been any confirmation that the legalities have been notarised? If not then there will not be a payment. Once notarised, payment will take place--but again there are no timescales therefore it wont be immediate. Time takes on another dimension in such jurisdictions. Chill.

O/T I have been eyeing a penny or less for a few weeks. It may be worth a trade at that otherwise its uninvestable for any length of time at this period in its life. Huge loss for me, almost wiped out.

I am happy that Bloe have a plan, they have the money (currently) they are progressing on several fronts and they have technical expertise and competency available within the organisation. All good to me. It is after all, the oil/gas industry where things take time and the geology plays a difficult hand sometimes. If it were easy, everyone and their cat would be drilling holes in Georgia. I don't think they can do a lot more than they are currently doing with WR, happy to let them get on with it and lower my average over the next week or two. P.S the other one is doomed as it stands currently. Would be a good opp for Bloe to swoop in and take over the biggest oil fields etc etc and get that new well drilled under the boggy pond.

Choice is either to cut losses and join the chickens in the hope that there will be more eggs available to buy for the same overall cost in a month or two or to hunker down in the coup, watch some telly and wait for the head replacement technology to kick-in. Completion of the 'deal' is subject to regulatory approval( we'll get it approved then). Funding is coming from SNPC ( well let's see it first) further money from bond sales( well let's hear how that is going first) .Rig 'talks' are ongoing. - great, we are now talking the oil out. How many Zen shares do we have to conjour out of the bottomless pit of new shares to pay for the Anglo share? Presumably shares issue will follow directly after the govt are 'happy' with everything which comes after they have agreed to make an agreement and have had some more serious top level talks. We don't want talk, we want to hear that 10million plus has been raised out of the 25 million bond, the govt have approved all conditions relating to the acquisition, the terms of the lease have been amended by Anglo to allow Zen to legally transfer the share of Tilapia and the xyz rig from abc company has been contracted and is being fully inspected and maintained before mobilisation which is scheduled for 14th March to enable drilling to start in the first half of April.
There is no substance to this current wish list other than AC wants people to believe that the SP will increase just because he believes it will. No mention of Azerbaijan, which could have been added as a footnote with an update on the tampon that is allegedly being stuffed down the hole.

Interview. Firstly--I am not trolling or whatever the populist terminology is currently. I do have a qualification in NLP and Coaching and from time to time I look at the behaviours of interviewees CEO's in particular. The latest with Paul made me smile a little. There is moment when at the point of being asked a question, his eyes move downwards and to the right. There is a theory that eye movement to the right indicates that we are accessing the right hand side of our brain which encompasses the creative subconscious. aka the 'story telling' side. If the motion is downwards it also indicates that our mind is having a conversation with itself before coming up with a response. i.e. being creative. This can and is often assessed as being telling a lie--however, my preferential explanation is that it can also be assessed as a person attempting to provide the best answer that they can based upon the knowledge that they currently have and what they believe the interviewer or audience requires. aka--being creative.. I would conclude that a pinch of salt mixed with cautious interpretation should be exercised. I am however still bullish on Bloe so far as my miniscule investment is concerned and may even crawl out and acquire some more under 4p circumstances permitting.
