Sorry, but there is no chance that Zenith will produce anything within 2 months. IF they were cashed up and IF they had clear access to Tilapia without any obligations to Govt, or anyone else, they would need 6 months at least.
Best thing they could do is farm the first well out in its entirety to a E&P company.

For info, this paragraph is from the official rns from Zen regarding signature bonus, hence why it was mentioned as being an estimate $2m minimum and could be more if Zen don't pay up in a single payment and spread it over time, plus there is the 5.5m work program to fund.

Nav. I bought at 18.5 and again at 24 with an average of 21. I am no longer in the business of 'hoping' it will come good, therefore will sell if the bid goes to my average. On the up side, well, if I was at my pc when the price spiked to 35 or whatever it did, I would have taken the initial stake out and left free shares to run, so if the same happens again and I am watching, then that's what I will do. I may just set a price of 35 to sell a certain number once the price is in excess of 30p.

More institutions are opting for home learning including Cambridge uni where they have stopped face to face lectures until the 2021 season. Same applies to some other universities in US and no doubt others will follow. i'm not sure how this may/may not effect DEV, but it shows the trend. "Taking out the weak". please stop using this moronic expression, it serves no purpose whatsoever other than to imply that those holding on for dear life are therefore strong and macho. Often "the weak" are in reality those with the B*lls and the discipline to take a profit, or cut their losses based upon their personal strategy or risk profile. It is much "weaker" to sit and watch ones investment erode daily because the investor cannot come to terms with the fact they may have made a mistake. Then the investment becomes " I always had this stock as a long term hold and I'm not worried about minor fluctuations" and then it becomes "one for the bottom drawer", whilst the weak seller is enjoying his little profit and making another little profit somewhere else. Try to find an original thought and post it instead of regurgitating dross. No offense meant personally.
