There has been no indication of the terms of this partnership, how much of any asset Zen may 'own', what their commitments may be and what the license area actually is. Purely guessing though that the partnership would negate the need to trundle the Zena rig half way across the world as the partner should at least have a rig and equipment,and the crew would be available in townsville and the relevant licenses, certificates for equipment or whatever else may be needed by a drilling company operating in Nigeria will be already in place--so there's a positive. If Zen have no other input other than to provide a geologist and arrange finance then it might just work if it comes off. Finance could mean may different things but rest assured the pan-African financiers didn't get their cash by being stupid , naive or generous so AC will have to have his wits about him.

Based on the posts being made here that Zen are definitely producing and their income is 2.6million which they acquired for what was it ? 600k or something. Some posts use the expression 'would be' some others have said they are definitely producing 'fact', so |I am saying that if they have actually taken over their % ownership and liabilities and benefits from these acquisitions, they will want to scream the production revenue from the roof tops.

Production. If Zen are the beneficiaries of any production figures from the so called acquisitions (both pending approval), the figures should be included in the delayed annual report, even if they are post period. Should be around 110,000 for a few months and then increased to 220000 per month according to the current knowledgable posters.
