Its not a case of whether but how to produce.
So, it reads as though they have say 80% of the details required to plan the sidetrack and to apply and obtain the permit with the fine tune to come from the various sample analysis. Kick off point and cut through existing casing, the angle of dangle and the best TVD target still to be calculated from the analysis but they will be more or less there already.
Red flags--yep there are always those--not much cash, possibility of underwhelming results, permit delays, the list is endless, but offset by an equally endless buys signals, bod share ownership, new and excellent seismic data, hugely efficient rig and crew, historical cane creek production elsewhere, cores and logs indicate multiple potential reservoirs. risk/reward is why we are all gambling our cash. So far = so good.

I may be getting involved in construction and commissioning of another LNG offloading, storage and distribution project over the next month or two--depends whether I get the job. They have asked me if I'm interested so there is a decent chance of it. Anyhow, point is, they wouldn't be spending another 500m or so on a new tank, process, compressor, metering etc if there was no demand, therefore the comment about future demand is a reality and all good for Txp

Mental riff-matic calculations give me about $40m per year profit. 800t/day and 7g/t = 5600g x $40/g = $224000/day. x 360 = about 80.5m. Cut it in half for 'costs' and we get $40m ish. Does this give us a fair mcap?

Painful now, needs about 70% uplift to return to the halcyon days. Should be in full prod mode by end of the month which unfortunately is already priced in. Some new drill results of 100g/t over 50m might help. Come on bod, throw us a lifeline.

Eeyore here. Bit of a US drop in stocks overnight may have an effect here although overall it shouldnt really matter to COPL in the scheme of things. Just sayin, if there is a pull back its prolly coz of the plastic tanks and not to panic. POO eased off a tad too. hopefully stay level or tick up of course.

Jim. Thanks for your input. I was somewhat exhausted yesterday pm and hadn't the energy to look through all the historical data. I noticed the annual expenditure is small by comparison to the average O&G minnow so maybe they can get across the permit line with current cash etc. ESIA and Licence update surely have to be forthcoming in the near future, even if it is " Thank you for holding, you are now second in the queue". !

If that is MKA's dirt then there may be some news on the constituent parts of the bulk sample sooner than I had first thought. Good stuff.

JORC will indicate whether the project is profitable once the recovery amount and AISC are factored in. It's all a bit unknown at the moment. A couple of small intercepts at 60g/t or above would have done the trick, but these relatively underwhelming grades over short distances need to be calculated into something more tangible. To me, it was fairly obvious that the Sp would drop after the rns, I got slated by my comments but unfortunately mr market thinks the same. Had money tied up here since October, it has been in the red for most of the time and likely to be for the foreseeable unless georgia money is actually transferred. At best the project is low cost, shallow, small scale and hopefully profitable.
