as i see it you wont loose your shares you will have the same percentage when the company goes private, the company may offer a price for all outstanding shares maybe but i dont think you can be forced to sell, you can sell / trade via capita but the value is something i dont know how you guage, hope thats of help

i dont think thats what is on the table for rpo though shares can still be traded after de listing via capita

the only bit im left not knowing is that when the company goes limited the shares can still be traded via capita but will there be any meaningfull indication of what the shares are currently trading at or does one simply put ones shares up for sale at say 30p listed for ever and a day and if that level is reached the sale is triggered ??

well at this level of sp i have no dilemma "theres no point in me selling" might as well hang on and see what happens in the future, investing is different to trading and im just not a trader !

cant remember apart from i didnt subscribe to it must of been in last year but time does fly !!

was over subscribed at 10p not so long ago

from memory they and presumably all "tight oil extract" companies won a tax break per barrel as the extraction cost per barrel was so much greater

i see schroders are still listed as holding 3.2% I'm sure they would of bailed out a long time ago if they didnt see the medium to long term profit

thing s my average is 30p 6k initial investment, they are worthless now so im thinking why not hold until the oil price picks up and as been said 30p should be the market value its just a time issue, so after de list there is no published share value as such any more ?

so we have options ? either sell pre de listing or we can hold them even after ?? being a numpty i thought this was a forced buy back dictated by the majority shareholders ?? im quite in the dark about this process can someone explain in suffolk language ??

id like the sp to go to a sensible level firstly so i get a bit more than id hope back out of this disaster but secondly so the thieving directors have to pay more per share !!!

as did i but had to scoff when they stated they had tried everything to get investor participation !!! they have done the exact opposite !!

still looks like fraud from where im siting !!
