Gross tonnage 5.4K, carrying capacity 4.4kDWT, rate of draft change will vary according to displacement, but is measurable IIRC from elsewhere (HUR / Aoka Mizu/HUR).
The contingent sidetrack is down to 3,000m approx, that's potentially a fair bit of casing, I'd have thought.

If you go back to Soder's thread, he pointed out that the incoming vessel draft was 7m and that an increase on the return journey (to the rig) would suggest lots of heavy kit on board...the sort of stuff that might be useful for side-tracking and ancillary 'secondary' works.

We're all watching out for smoke signals here, some more intriguing than others !

And it's not even 'my' logic, I was merely passing on an observation (that, admittedly, I endorse).
But the pushback from someone more familiar than me with the communication style of AFE (and indue course AOI) is fair enough.

Africa Energy are extremely close to Eco and its management. Therefore why highlight the drill now in the results if Gazania is a “ duster”. I am very confident now that we have a discovery. Africa Oil, another shareholder in Eco have results on Monday 14th.

From comments made on this board, I get the impression that many people are unaware of material information, either through ignorance (they simply haven't seen it) or malice (it is being denied them, for other, more questionable motives).

Why do you resort to a possible dictionary definition of what 'intermediary ' might mean? This definition may describe Parzival as 'introducer' (£ 380k), but do you think Holiday earned £ 1.52m for helping SYME (the buyer/payer) negotiate? However, if you take 'support the deal' to mean justify it, that definition makes sense: SYME needs to explain the rationale for acquisition, not least because it's a regulatory requirement.

Firstly, I wasn't aware of the existence of a Data Room (only of 'introducers') what's your source for this? The DD, legwork and collating info of the type described very much forms the basis of validating the seller's Business Plan that underpins (cough !) the valuation...

Who/whom ? Under your scenario, TFC offers to sell itself at a price based on ITS 'bought' valuation and someone else - acting for SYME - has to agree/validate that valuation, see (1) above, justifying the price for regulatory purposes. This has now apparently been achieved, by correspondence involving 3 named parties, Deloittes, Parzival and Holiday International, with the 'meat' provided by a 4th party that can (still) remain anonymous and whose remuneration remains an unknown... even to the regulator.
Really? I suggest that my speculation is more plausible than yours
