TJ/JC are Buyers (back) of the business (TFC) previously sold to SYME, they're the SELLERS of all the shares they got in partpayment (other than the £4m cash) when they were BOUGHT by SYME in July 2021.

The KRPZ RNS was only relevant in pointing out that accounts are subject to an AIM Rule 19 deadline of 30 June.

KRPZ 's reason given when requesting suspension (unfinished audit) would be different from ZIOC's , which - under my speculation - would be.." If there IS something/anything imminent but not quite ready to announce.."

In essence, ZIOC hasn't had to say anything that might be price-sensitive up to now.

With Eid out of the way and alwayshoping's spot re VALE/PIF 'in a hurry to get the deal done', I think there's a fair chance that we'll get an RNS with the numbers on Monday and some material news or a second RNS saying that ZIOC has requested suspension 'pending an announcement'.

Basically, an update on my earlier observation Early on 29th) that posting an RNS after hours Friday would give the Gulfies a couple of days post Eid to move things forward.
