I see that Stephen Dattels has sold Lsc Lithium Corporation to Pluspetrol for 111,000,000 Canadian$ .The deal was first announced on 15/01/19 and finalised on 15/03/19. Is this it for Stephen Dattels with lithium ,or does he have other plans?

Interesting reading the varying view's today about yesterday's rns .What nobody seems to have mentioned is the gas flaring at the well .In Georgia the law stipulates that gas can only be flared while the well is on test .So going of the fact that they restarted flowing the well a fortnight ago indicates that some solution to the gas offtake is near .It seems like the gradual approach to the well test is to gain some time while this is finalised .No point in saying the tests are finished if they haven't sorted the gas.

Why were there 6 million shares missing on the Lse site from the total traded yesterday ? HL showed a total of 34million with some large buy's of 500,000.

SEA7 thanks for that link to IDC . The second job on the list is to design a 19.6 kilometres gas pipeline for Schlumberger ,with the plans due for completion this month. We do know they have been drilling for gas in the adjacent block and PH mentioned this in the recent Lse presentation. Seems like there's plenty going on ,but a tight lid is being kept on any news.

Made a short mention about Bloe in their June funds review .They don't seem overly concerned with waiting

Why do post about the oil profit sharing agreement and fail to mention the most important fact that all taxes due are met by the Georgian government from their share of the deal?

The announcement of a spud date for W38 must be very close .PH stated in his most recent interview they aim to have the third well which includes deeper drilling for the gas appraisal finished a little before christmas.

Bear thank's for clearing that up .Just looked back through the tr1s from June last year and I see there were two holdings by Miton ,one under Miton UK Microcap Trust and the other Miton Group plc .Sorry for confusing matter's.

Sorry to prolong the debate over Milton . As far as I can see the last Tr1 Milton issued was on March 20th stating that they had dropped below the 3% threshold which would have been under 8million shares with the amount of shares in issue at the time .Then on 11/06/2019 Bloe updated their list of major share holder's and showed Milton with a holding of 23,750,000. Have I missed a Tr1 showing this increase or has there never been one ? Could Miton have acquired more shares in the recent book build and then sold the remaining 4p shares in yesterday's Tr1? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Couldn't GR make the ultimate gesture and take his salary in RTGS .He does keep quoting one for one parity with the $dollar.

Just to clarify , according to the February rns Bloe had the option to move to 90% by August 31st and 100% by 90 day's after this date . All this has been brought forward , excellent news indeed.

As we know some of the £12 million raised is due to be allocated to acquiring additional acreage in Georgia . At the Lse presentation PH was questioned on this subject and in his summing up he stated I most definitely urge people to keep a close watch on what we're doing in the short term and it will start to take a bit more shape , there's a lot bubbling around at the moment . Sound's like there's not too long to wait for news on this front .

I've just read the following about the Mining affair's Board Criteria for recommending EPO application's.

1.3 In making the recommendation the board looks at the following (or should be satisfied with the following)
The applicant's background
Corporate structure
That the applicant is a fit and proper person to obtain an order and is of adequate financial standing to undertake such
operation's under an EPO
That it would be against national interest to make such an order
The applicant's programme of work and technical expertise

1.4 The EPO is transferable with recommendation's from the president

How on earth are PREM going to saitisfy several of those requirements as they are at the moment?

Thanks for the feedback from the presentation . Confirms what was stated in Bloes admission document regarding collaboration with Schlumberger. They were starting similar sidetrack operation's in the adjacent block last year , which is probably why PH is so confident how well 16az is going to perform .

Simon you posted recently that you were going to look into whether Block have a gas sharing agreement with the Georgian government .Did you find anything out on this subject ?
