Lucky Luciano, Novacyt developed the high throughput test for that lab which was launched earlier this summer. The lab initially had a target of 30,000 tests a day. The tests that Novacyt supply to this lab are separate to the DHSC contract.

Gizmo, you mentioned the DHSC contract where Novacyt supply 288,000 test's a week .They also supply the Anne McLaren lab at Cambridge under a separate contract as per the rns of 08/04/20 . The original target for this lab was 30,000 test's a day . Since then Novacyt have brought out the high throughput test which goes out in kits containing 1536 tests .From information in in the end of year report it would appear that the PCR machine's at this lab are capable of 384 test's at a time .So one of these kit's will service a full run on four machine's.

Novacyt already have a share buy back arrangement with a limit of 100,000 euro's and a maximum price of 8.1 euro's per share that can be paid .At the beginning of every month novacyt put out an rns detailing share buy backs and sales that take place under the liquidity arrangement run by Invest Securities . Details can be found on page 151/152 of the Aim admission document. It would appear that this proposed motion to increase the ceiling to 200,000 is to give Invest Securities more buying power as the company's share has increased significantly since the original agreement was signed.
