ShaunP, from what I can find out relating to the recent DHSC contract a purchase order for the first 14 week's was raised at the signing of the above. Invoices are then to be raised on the 15th of each month or the first business day thereafter and on the last business day of the month for goods and services which have been delivered during the previous 2 week's. Initially for the first two invoices payment will be made by electronic transfer no later than 7 day's from the date of the invoice .After the first 2 invoices payment will be made no later than 30 day's from the date of the invoice.

Point 22- Security of supply
Upon signing of this order form ,all reagents, kit's will be available to the NHS. The supply of further optional qPCR instruments will follow upon the placing of a further order by the Authority. The Authority may place that order up to 8 week's after the date of this agreement, failing which the supplier may release it's stock to other customers.
The contract was originally signed on 28/09/20, so in my reckoning 8 week's would take you to September 23rd

I'm of the opinion that we might not get an update regarding the second phase . Under the contact rules Novacyt were allowed to make the original announcement. Any other announcement can only be made with authorisation from the DHSC.

23/11/21 was the latest date for triggering the second phase of the contract according to the in depth contract details that were attached to the most recent Bidstats award notice.

B2HS2L ,if you go the bottom of the page there is a link to a report on the trials of the LGC high throughput end point PCR testing that took place at Milton Keynes.

The UK gov have just updated their website relating to various Covid test's that are under review . It's a shame they only put a number alongside the test instead of a company name .Several lamp test's towards the end of the list.

The UK gov website states that labs have been issued with guidance to adapt processes to ensure that PCR test's can detect this variant . PCR test's can be adapted rapidly to respond to this new variant.

CS you seem to ignoring new contract's for lft's which keep getting announced on Bidstats.Yet another one for Innova yesterday to the tune of £226,000,000 , making a total of £826,000,000 worth of contract's they have been awarded in the last few weeks. Seems the UK gov isn't on your wavelength.
