There was a takeover of BSIF annonced this week...seems to have boosted all similar shares, perhaps people anticipate more M&A to happen

Maintained at same level as q1.....not late, not linked to an offer.....nice return based on current price

Todays drop seems to be due to Ex dividend .....given the amount of the dividend it seems to be a little too much....hopefully see a bounce within a day or two

You are correct it is ex date is likely to be 21st indeed it was declared on 15th......I am sure you will agree it still not 'late' ....

Look at the dates from last year....it implies that we can expect declared date to be 21st May....if we pass that date I also will think that this is a possibility with the divi making up part of the offer price....but for now I have nothing to suggest that the divi is 'late'

I disagree with your 'where the heck is the divi' comment.....looking back at last year 2nd divi was announced May 15th.....more than likely it will be announced Thursday of next week

You most certainly complain if the board published incorrect accounts. Some of us bought in to the company based on deceptive accounts....

I hold a modest ~108K shares. First purchase in 2024 and then averaged down in 2025....still in a loss position at around 39.5 p/share.

Something is brewing it seems....

This morning the share price has bumped off the 80p mark several times.....lets hope it breaks out

I also held pfc shares and received nothing

And the drop this morning confirms the cause of the rise prior to ex dividend date

Or simply rising approaching ex dividend date (3 % @ 77p for a single quarter!!).... either way worth holding

I think that most if not all posters on this forum are pretty fed up with your posts....

1. You seem to show to disdain for everyone that does not agree with your view, debate and discussion are the actual intent of this forum not belittling others.

2. You seem to have a mistaken view of self, since you talk in the third person and seem to overstate your wn importance. To be clear, you are a nobody and have no more importance to anyone here than any random stranger passing by in the street.

On that basis you have now made it on to my filter list....probably should have done this many months ago when your character traits became obvious....my bad but at least I have fixed now.

I can't help wonder if this is being avoided by many because of the recent history of Petrofac.....similar company in similar markets....many lost a lot when it tumbled into administration....maybe many think the same could easily happen to wood if the sid deal fell apart.....i know i am avoiding reducing my average just in case.....to lose ~£50k (i did) in a single year is terrible and unfortunate, to repeat the error would only confirm my own foolishness
