What do YOU, not some paid journalist 'think' there is to propel Lloyds upwards when taking into consideration all of the negatives above?

There are a number of other positives, strong distributions with increased final dividend, growth in lending and deposits, growth in customer deposits etc., the information is out there you just need to look. I am now happy to hold for the foreseeable future and look forward to the rewards in years to come.
I am a recent investor in Lloyds (post-covid) and I now have a greater margin of error in my investment compared to those that have a higher share price average.
Since the 2024 FY Results, there has been a considerable upswing of the share price which demonstrates that they were well received.
I am fully aware of the DCA hanging over the Lloyds share price and have spoken to Lloyds Investor Relations in respect of this. It would seem the
the only unsurprising outcome of the judgment is that permission to appeal has been sought and granted.
Court of Appeal:
"but it may be that on some future occasion it will be felt desirable for the Hurstanger and Wood lines of authority to be considered in greater depth, and for a definitive pronouncement to be made by the Supreme Court about the circumstances in which the payment of a commission by a third party to another person’s agent or fiduciary will give rise to a liability (whether as principal wrongdoer or an accessory) on the part of the payer."
Even the Judges expected no other outcome than the involvement of the Supreme Court.
We will know more in the first week of April.
Operating costs in 2025 are expected to be c.£9.7 billion, including further increased severance and the impact from National Insurance contributions changes (c.£0.1 billion).

You state, "the 52p or less imo, is far far more likely." Given your pessimism can you explain, why on earth you are holding shares if you believe the share price is 'far far more likely' to see '52p or less?
