John. I concur with your assessment re Amati. For some reason it's much clearer today after an evening without booze. Thanks for your (and others) great finds over the weekend. i did spend hours looking at pics of Waymo test vehicles on Saturday but all I could find were some units on dash that don't look like Fovio but were large enough to conceal one, so highly inconclusive. (They didn't look like any competing unit I have seen either.)

Could you flesh that post out a bit John? I can't see any of that text on the page you linked - Amati not mentioned - so are you referring to an earlier version of the page? Does this suggest it is Amati selling down causing the drop?

a case of serious investor fatigue to me. I don't blame them, I was completely winded by the recent drop and insulted by the rewards for failing but I have bought, rather than sold. Semicast, what’s your forecast units for each year? Seeing as there be less than 1m units (I’m guessing) next year, your figures are more optimistic than mine... staggering revenue numbers though...

SM financials talk of revs from DWs from 2019-2026. Best guess SoP in 2019 is for OEM2 and poss. S-Class going into production ready for Frankfurt Motor Show launch in September. SE/Redeye confirms DMS devs. happening faster & in greater volume than generally understood.

SM is only T2 developing in FPGA. This is where tech/perf. leadership comes from for SM in DMS: MCU has insufficient perf.; GPU too much power. Vision processing ALWAYS needs HW acceleration for real-time perf. Fovio DME is coded in logic in the FPGA fabric. v.v. smart solution.

Those figures represent value to SEE as far as I am aware. Tier ones are usually doing the whole tech suite for a model and the figures involved are much higher. It was discussed at the time that the SEE figures seemed to be very much on the pessimistic side and represent a guaranteed minimum.
