Any inkling of the rationale behind refusing the offer GB? Hubris, stupidity or self interest, perhaps?

I guess we would have been screaming it's selling on the cheap at the time but Ken should have handled this a lot better. There is no excuse for half the company at 3p and it stinks of shifting it into hands other than ours.

I am sure he is but not for the TO price, I imagine they were not offering the cushy deal he has planned for himself and a few cohorts.

That might have been the bit of good news so they push it under the carpet. The more of the co. they can get out of PI's hands and into VSI's, the less hassle they have to put up with when they sell on the cheap. ABSOLUT CRUNTZ!

I thought ken was speaking with forked tongue right back when we had a supposed spin of, placing then no spin-off. I I saw thorough him then but thought the tech too good to let go.
Unfortunately it seems to me that Jack was brought in to be Ken's b''ch and help him sell the company on the cheap to probably Xilinx where he no doubt has a very accommodating package awaiting him.

There is a limit to how many they can buy before having to make an offer for the whole co. and I seem to recall that is only 20% in OZ and I assume it's their rules that apply being based in Canberra. Happy to be corrected on numbers.
If anyone bought 20% I'm pretty sure we would see a significant uplift in SP. I know it's boring but, sooner or later, the good progress here has to be recognised.

You would have to ask them Wilson but it would appear so. Whatever the reason they think Smarteye SP will fall from where it is now. Personally, I don't wish any harm on SE but I just want Seeing to clean up ;)
