Correct me if I'm wrong but the big chunk for Ken is in lieu of his pay for being Chairman and is calculated at 6.5p as that was the price then. I am not as peed off at that as I initially was on reading as he's basically taken less than half what he would have got in cash. he's essentially buying shares at 6.5p, which has to be encouraging. Whether he had a choice in this matter is more for someone with better understanding of company law than I.

It went through at 10:49 but looks to me like they went to the market at 10, selling well below offer and tanking SP down with it. Takes longer than 15 secs to put a sell like that through.

It's a reasonable point Gazza. My view is, each win will have a reduced spike due to the factors you mention. I don't see this so much as a bad thing, as long as we continue to win market share. It only bothers those who have time to screen watch waiting for the spike and trading it. It will get back into teens if we have >50% of the market. I suspect that KK getting sidelined would be good for a penny or more just on it's own.
