I do get disheartened with the SP and missed targets but when you see the competition being described as an "Awful, awful , Driver Monitoring System" it does cheer me up a bit.

That would explain why BMW dropped SEYE and went with SEE and why the BOD hold so many shares purchased with their own hard-earned. Oh wait!

The new agreement (excerpt):

As part of the Revised Agreement, Caterpillar will make an up-front license payment for technology related to Guardian operator monitoring products, delivering a one-off cash payment of US$16.5 million to Seeing Machines.

If they were taking wins from us, they belong to SEE now.

I don't think Paul ever suggested consolidation. It's a hobby horse of some contributors here and on the other channel but if PM has ever mentioned it, it's to dismiss it.

My feeling is, if we were on the same exchange we'd be doing better but AIM is a real drag at the moment.

Seeing Machines signs Global Framework Agreement with Shell

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, is delighted to announce that is has signed a Global Framework Agreement with Shell Global Solutions International B.V. ("Shell") for the provision of its Driver Distraction and Fatigue Technology ("DDFT"), Guardian, to enhance safety across its worldwide operations.

Shell, a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with more than 80,000 employees in over 60 countries, is very focused on road safety and its employees and contractors drive a combined distance of around 500 million kilometres every year. There is a clear focus on safety across the Shell group of companies and they are regular participants in research projects to better understand driver behaviour and fatigue.

Shell is planning to deploy Guardian in areas where fatigue and distracted driving are considered to be a safety risk. Given the size of Shell's global footprint the deployment of Guardian is expected to begin in 2021 but could take several years to fully implement. Alongside a range of other DDFT solutions, Guardian has been assessed by Shell to be an effective solution for managing DDFT risks as part of an overall fatigue risk management plan.

Max Verberne, GM of Aftermarket at Seeing Machines commented: "We are delighted to be working with Shell, who are genuinely focused on safety, to deliver Guardian as they work towards improved protection of their employees and the communities through which they drive.

Just my opinion but I think it has everything to do with being on AIM. While our PR doesn't puff like theirs, I'm not convinced that's a bad thing and you can't argue with the KPI's. No broker would recommend AIM stocks right now and it will need some takeover action to shake it out of it's malaise.

All part of the Tory mission to reduce UK to an economic and political backwater.

I've had a limit order set to bottom feed but cancelled it and banged it in this morning. I think these numbers are good enough to see some more adventurous institutional buying in the coming days and weeks.
