Personally I think we'll get bought out soonish after break even. That said DM, the amount of shares is pretty much irrelevant unless you only hold a few. It's the %age of any divi that matters and that is not affected by the 'in issue' number , other than as a factor for working out the %age.

I also disagree with "small profit". Have you seen the TMS projections? This is going to be a cash machine in a few years.
