Seems SEE have blocked that. Suspect 'agreed circs' may include a buyout at the right price.

Every broker note seems to think the Mitsubishi partnership is a big positive, as I do. I'm OK with dilution when it has a real purpose. As is Mr. Ives, it seems. That deal was a long way from just 'keeping the lights on'.

Martin Krantz was so rattled he started selling so you should think about getting out too. It's all over for SEYE.

Shares drop on straight dilution because the market assesses that the value of each share is less as nothing was added to overall value while more shares are created. In this case it's arguable that the value added by having Mitsubishi as a Global Partner exceeds the dilution. I am certainly happy they did this deal. Who knows what happens tomorrow but I expect a rise.

Of course they don't mention Martin Krantz selling shares either. They really have their heads buried in the sand, don't they?

No mention of the fact SEYE had Mits and now they don't.

Talks about Magna exclusivity as if it was across the board, whereas it only related to setting the DMS IN The MIRROR ITSELF.

And then how's this for contradicting yourself in the same breath?:-

The videos and pics suggest that DMS is done by the tab you can see on top of the steering wheel column (check the large animation) & the DMS by a camera in the roof nacelle on which the RVM is mounted. Only behind the mirror itself would infringe Magna exclusivity. Also shows three large and separate components, whereas Magna mirror is just that alone.
