I doubt very much the Chairman has a veto over a majority shareholder vote. Give them time. COC clearly have a plan and good lawyers.

Their point being, as I understand it, we are minority holders of other company's operatorships so don't need expensive BOD to just collect royalties.

this is former BOD throwing a hissy fit and selling to deliberately cause a drop. They clearly feel hard done by. BTW - I am happy with Billy staying. I think he'll help to make sure CO work for all and was obviously not happy with KH et al approach.
