I personally donlt think the SP at 90p properly reflects the full potential of this deal. I assume risk is the factor restraining it but that will dissipate as the agreement progresses. I think we will continue to rise as the t's get crossed and i's dotted and the project becomes ever more likely to conclude. At the moment it's easy for the likes of ws to cast shadow of doubt over NR but as things become more concrete doubts will fade away.

Safe to say that a '100,000 square foot manufacturing facility' is probably the most expensive bit and that cost will be met entirely by other parties. The research facility will be paid by all partners , one of which will be our new Chinese subsidiary, so I stand by may take that NONE of it will be funded direct by VRS and the subsidiary will probably be a very popular IPO on China Ex.
