It really is still a paltry MCap when you look at what is going on here. Multiples still to go IMO. I'd like to echo the sentiment of those thanking the regulars for their insight and research as I'm pretty sure this is the first of many such days and our voices will be drowned out in the scramble to hold SEE.L. Sure, I bought about 3 years too early but it was still a good decision. ;)

For those who missed it, I was speculating that there may be a leak or rather an upfront announcement on Monday and predicting, based solely on a feeling in my water, that there would be a buying spree this afternoon ahead of it.. It's only educated guessing based on the observation that Governments seem to like announcing what it is they intend to announce a few days upfront.
