I totally respect GB2 opinion but that is the Q that I keep returning to. Why issue yourself loads of shares , then arrange a lowball TO? What package could they offer compared to these going in an auction between interested parties which could garner high sale price?

Exactly. Needlessly negative IMO. You can still set out the gloomy scenario but add in 'IF's' if they seem likely.

It would seem to me that, allowing for one off costs this past year on new comms centre/HQ and so on, with some, as yet unspecified revenue for BDMS, that we may be OK through to profit without a raise. We really need some numbers on the new product. Can't help feeling the tone of RNS is still needlessly negative.
