Or alternatively Kurt can keep his cards close to his chest at this present time, not update us, and we can either carry on moaning or wondering without moaning, knowing though that we simply aren't privy to all of the information from behind the scenes.

It's frustrating for all shareholders, but we surely can't say what Kurt should do, only what we think he could perhaps consider doing, because we don't have all of the info nuggets. Lol.

The problem is that we don't know what is going on behind the scenes at present, so we can't say whether it's time to push the button for legal action. We simply don't know just how much further the Government has dealt with our case since our Kurt met with our advisors in February to discuss potential legal options, then obviously deciding against taking the legal route at that time.

Maybe he could update us on the situation, it may help shareholders if he did so, seeing as a good four months has passed since the February meeting and we've not yet heard anything from Baylan via RNS.

I did metalwork at school. Really enjoyed shaping and bending the metals, so I blame that for my involvement with this. Lol.

Yes we have; but I guess some will still always be happier than others with our particular project, although fair play in our case must eventually be acknowledged. Decision according to law, regardless of any public opinion. Merit where due.

The problem is, we can't just say that, because we aren't privy to the nitty gritty. Legal route is a last option, and Kurt has that ready in his pocket. He also knows more than we do.

It is so very frustrating, that's why I'd like more info. Lol. Is Kurt blue in the face with Baylan? If so, maybe Kurt could lobby the PM instead. Case in point, the woeful recent history of Government not awarding concessions, even when said concessions are legally merited.

It has, agreed, so the information to be divulged must be considered carefully. Doing the dirty washing in public is sometimes necessary though Sooz, if one isn't getting anywhere through the official channels.

BEM has been treated appallingly by the Swedish authorities for many years. That is a fact and perhaps it isn't wrong for this to be highlighted publicly now, in my view.

Yes, it will bear fruit Sooz. The problem being, as has continued to be the case, we may suffer more dilution first at a low sp. We don't know when the concession will be awarded, we only know that because it hasn't yet, our fortunes have dwindled and are still dwindling. Interesting to note from Kurt's interview though, that he doesn't update us on all the nitty gritty from behind the scenes. As I touched on yesterday, he perhaps needs to seek assurances that our case is being dealt with as we speak, obtaining the specifics, and then he will better know whether to take legal action or not. Unfortunately, we don't know the questions he is asking, if he still is, and I feel that may be part of our own frustration with this.

It sounds to me that the Government just doesn't want to issue any concession licences at all, and will dodge, bob and weave its way out of doing so if it can.

Furthermore, I'd like to see some of this nitty gritty reported to shareholders.

He did mention meat on the bones with our projects, but I'd like to see that applied also to the issuance of information. Let's have a fuller picture re Kal goings on.

Good interview he did today, and of course he can indirectly lay emphasis on his points to the Swedish authorities in this way. If only they'd listen. Lol.

Thanks Roller. Kind of you. Yes, I can't see Baylan changing his approach to getting things done, or not, in our case. We must press further and not simply wait to see what occurs. We've done much of the latter, been over-accommodating, yet have only ever really been mistreated throughout this whole process. Now into our eighth year of waiting for a decision says it all.

Anyway, I'm trusting that although Kurt hasn't given up, he also has a plan.

Radika, you are right, Covid could take months. It isn't any good Kurt just believing the Government will do this or that (and we already know first hand that nothing has rarely happened as it should), he surely needs to actually seek assurances that our case will be dealt with, and as a matter of urgency. The Covid outbreak and policy on Covid should not prevent each Government department from still doing its usual job. Lord knows they appear to struggle with any basic normal function as it is. Lol.

No added diversions thanks. Seek assurances, don't wait and think about what the Government might do.

Thanks Roller. Yes, I should hope he certainly hasn't given up. We are paying him not to. We may deserve it, but of course we also legally merit the concession award, there is a difference, it isn't only one of opinion. The award must be given.

But the waiting is slowly killing off our investment. Hence why I feel he has to consider trying something other than writing to Baylan, who, it seems, continues to treat Beowulf and Kurt quite poorly. Nothing different in Baylan's approach to this situation. He'll brush us under the carpet until we do something to stop it.

Hi Roller. Yes, I have emailed him previously. He actually prefers to have a phone conversation though, if you have many points to your email, and, in my case, we sorted a time and day for one. Good guy.

Perhaps Kurt can now write to the Swedish PM and push for a decision, because his correspondence with Baylan has so far proved fruitless. This in spite of Baylan knowing that Kurt had the meeting in February just gone to discuss the possibility of our Company taking legal action.

Yet it's now mid-June and we've heard nothing else from Baylan, only the same fluff from him in response to the recent Ministerial Question.

He needs leaning on.
