Morning Sooz. It should save money short-term, unless we were being funded wholly under the PACIFIC Project umbrella, including our drilling. My concern after yesterday's news is, should we be granted the concession in the meantime, that is, while we can't get on with any work on the ground at Kallak, then the momentum in sp surely won't be as strong as if we could have got cracking immediately. We've been waiting so long for some good news via this concession decision, that it will be far from ideal receiving it while our hands are tied operationally.

I'm trusting the KU will still meet in Autumn, but we can only wait and see again Sooz.

My feeling with the licences, including Parki, is that the periods will have to be extended, although this depends on whether Kurt has officially been informed that we mustn't begin any drilling, due to Covid, or if he's taken that decision himself, because he feels it could possibly be too problematic. We don't know if the Government has said that we definitely mustn't do this or that.

It seems a bit bizarre to me, that we can't get to work at Kal, considering where it is located. Lol.

Only my thoughts. I just want something good to happen for us. Timing is everything Sooz.

You are right 3card. He has just taken the decision not to commence with the programme, even though the drilling contract RNS was only as recent as 27 May. Amazing what difference six weeks has made in terms of a strategy change. We know that Kallak is pretty remotely sited, so I'm not sure specifically why there is a problem. Restrictions on movement? It isn't densely populated near Kal, but maybe the drilling team just isn't keen on entering Northern Sweden at this time. For its own absolutely safety. Maybe the EU PACIFIC project is shelved, and we are a partner in it. Don't know, but the postponement RNS today, although a little bit too general for my liking, has left us in no doubt about the situation. We aren't going to start the drilling operation in Autumn.

Not sure what we can look forward to now, but it seems that work can still be undertaken in Kosovo. On the projects we all feel are minor, when compared to Kal.

We've been unlucky with timing, timescales and politics.

Not sure what to make of this investment any more, in all honesty. We can't gain any sp momentum, because we are unable to work on site now on our flagship project, or at least Kurt has decided that we can't, with Covid, and we can't yet gain approval for the concession, with still no sign of a date for that decision, so it's a good old thwarting for shareholders, with one thing and another.

I want Baylo to be held accountable for being evasive too, but I doubt Kurt can do so.

Yes, and he's had five years to take up the Options and has not done so. Nor has he been able to push the Swedish Government into upholding its own laws re the concession. He hasn't delivered that for shareholders yet, so I don't feel he should have simply extended his Option period to suit him. Surely whether Option extensions are granted or otherwise, should be linked to reflect the measure of success or failure in his performance.

Just saying. One could argue that they should have just expired. In view of our circumstances and the fact we still haven't the licence to move on our primary asset.

Bring, I just feel we are fooked. I tried to get info from AIM re the circumstances around the delisting, but because I was only a shareholder (even though I could also prove that) and not the BMR CEO, the AIM officials would not allow me any information, as it's not their policy to do so. Even though we may have legitimate concerns as shareholders. It's a closed shop. It doesn't matter that we own the company.

Borrelli has got away with putting in the worst shift in the history of shifts. What I'd like to know is, because JLP has done little to nothing with Kabwe since it took over the operation from us, why doesn't the mining cadastre revoke the licence again?
