Hi Sooz. Yes, if the KU doesn't meet again then I feel this year might be another poor one for us re Kallak. I'm not sure if the Government is purposefully starving us to death, lol, but it obviously isn't considering our situation at all, during this process. Surely any robust testing by the Government of our resolve in terms of all things Kallak has long since been concluded. We aren't going away and are planning the project expertly. .Green and inclusive.

Bypass Baylan if necessary, and it appears that it might be. In the name of progress. Lol.

I should have said losing faith in Baylan, not lost faith. Although maybe Kurt should cut him out of the picture anyway, to avoid further nonsense.

I thought he said he wouldn't give up, so even if he's lost faith in Baylan, Kurt will find a way to achieve a fair outcome for us. He won't give up and he can't do so, as long as he's in his current role, that of representing us. Our application is sound and the asset is superb. The faith in that is not lost, for sure.

Hi lb. Yes, I feel the strategy was initially an excellent one, but as the grim reality of Baylan's game has built over time, he's busy doing nothing, I'd now go to the PM and state our case, demanding a decision be swiftly brought. We have the ANI, our application passes the grade under legal scrutiny. No direct impact on the environment, mining and reindeer herding can clearly co-exist, nobody can state what the indirect impact of our proposed green operation may be, and under UN guidelines we also warrant the concession if exploiting a deposit is likely to be economically viable, which of course, due to its exceptional quality, ours is. Seven years and three months of the authorities mishandling our application, so we must have closure on our case or be forced to take action to achieve a fair resolution.

I'm sure the PM will understand.

Yes Sooz, we are being slowly bled dry by the Government. I'm not sure if it is intentional, but it doesn't matter whether it is, only that it's happening. That's why I feel Kurt will have to take a different approach. Baylan is no good for us, he isn't willing to deal with us in this supposed process. I'm really behind Kurt and I want him to jump over the moat and bash down their drawbridge.

Hi Sooz. Yep, just read the RNS now. Aye, I see it answered my question re Kurt's last letter. Baylan hasn't had the common decency to reply, almost two months now and counting. What a duffer.

Good info in the RNS though, eye-popping chronology of the mishandling of our application and the mistreatment of our Company by the Government. Baylan not even bothering to reply to Kurt this last time further highlights the need for Kurt to do something different now, in my opinion. Bypassing Baylan completely must surely be an option, writing to the PM. Letting the PM know that we have had no choice because Baylan has been so reluctant to engage with us and completely ineffective insofar as, our case was supposedly being prioritised some fifteen months ago, yet nothing has actually happened.

The PM could lean on him to get something done, and of course, should the PM prove to be just as rubbish and non-committal, then we can take it from there.

I won't say the next part after that. Lol.

Xophe, I think the long-term shareholders not selling are what may be keeping the share price from plummeting.

As for funds, it's a difficult one to answer. I recommend checking the financial results RNS news, but nobody surely knows how much we have left in the kitty at this exact moment in time, or when the next fundraise will be.

The next results RNS will tell us more.

Sooz, maybe my use of the word 'pointed' is incorrect. He has been scathing, yes, and his frustrations are clear, particularly in the last letter, but I should perhaps have said he hasn't been 'demanding' enough. I know it's difficult, because there is a fine balance between that and sounding threatening, but he can mention fairness and emphasise that politics must not be involved in the decision, yet that it has been. That the waiting without timescale in a business sense is wholly unacceptable. That the behaviour of the various authorities towards a private investor has been contemptible. Baylan knows of our February meeting to discuss the legal action possibility, yet we've had no further indication of a decision coming in spite of him knowing this. That the Government is leaving the Company little option but to consider legal action again, in order to protect the interests of shareholders.

Kurt should, in my view, be demanding a date for conclusion of this matter. Using all of the stacked evidence (and he can mention our ANI being in place well before the Sami one), but such evidence to highlight how unjustly we have been treated. How our application continues to be mishandled. He can also indicate that the UN information wholly supports the award of a concession.

He can increase the pressure to get this decision delivered. The law is not unclear Sooz, unless it is made so for the benefit of certain parties.

Of course, you probably feel that I'm wrong, lol, but clearly enough hasn't been done and we continue to wait without any even loose timeline for a decision arriving. What happened to our supposed application being prioritised? Fifteen months ago now. That was nonsense, but it's something else Kurt can use.
