Hi Scottie. Not sure how Jammer knows all of that, but I'm not surprised they want to have a clean break from BMR. What good are we to them technically or managerially? Lol.

The small-scale licence is the sticking point, the legal resolution of matters, so hopefully for us we can at least negotiate something fair for our exit.

The problem being our negotiators are Bird and Borrelli. The latter acting in his capacity as human dummy in all things to do with mining.

Scottie, we are knackered, but the degree of being knackered remains the unknown factor.

Sooz, the Swedes will let us explore until the cows come home. They want to be seen to be a progressive country, but the reality is that they apparently don't want investors actually getting any further, just to do the groundwork. No exploitation of the resource, only the State can do that.

Seems that way to me. They will gladly see us go out of business, now that we've done the groundwork at Kal and proven a mineable JORC.

I feel an update on Kallak would be appropriate, because then some of us may not feel as if Kurt is dodging the issue.

I suppose if you do hold a very small percentage of seats in any coalition then you will feel battered. She has obviously become worn down over time, but under her watch I suppose the Sami will have been relatively pleased, because there is still no decision on Kallak. As green as our operation might be, no decision means no change.

Yes, the current approach of doing not much except write a damning letter now and then has got us nowhere. Baylan can't even be bothered to reply to them, unless a whiff of legal action is in the air.

Politics is slow, as Sooz says, but we are not supposed to be waiting on any political agenda to be fulfilled. We have completed an application for a concession, based on specified criteria, and we must be judged only against the content of our application v said criteria. Yet no!

Kurt has allowed the politics to take hold and the Kallak matter has become a hot potato.

Pi55ed right off. And no, the legal route is at least structured and will have a timescale. We currently don't have one, as long as we wait on politics, bugger all has happened for us in seven years and four months, so why would if, and when?

Fair comments. I guess we can phone or email Kurt (and I have done both previously), but you asked what the point of the AGM was. Not all investors will feel comfortable getting into direct contact with him on a one to one, so an AGM would have been an opportunity to voice a question while sitting there as part of a collective. For some that is more appropriate, in my opinion. And one question could trigger another from someone else etc. M

I accept there isn't too much happening with Kallak right now, or so it seems. Kurt has said that he would consider using the legal option if necessary. I feel he should now tell us when that might be. What would determine that enough is enough. Most of us long-term supporters are clearly very unhappy with how things haven't yet panned out, under his tenure.

And so we bloody wait. Lol.

Pocko, true, but I suppose some shareholders could ask Kurt about the Kallak situation and what he intends to do about it. Also why he feels the gold results look promising etc.

He managed to borrow from Nordic lenders, so what did he have to tell them to secure that deal? We could ask him to tell us!
