Lb, when you go in under "media" on our site, you have to scroll down to the "search site" box and type "Prohearings" in. That's when it brings up the title and date of the event, but the link doesn't take you to the presentation, only to the general media page with all the BRR Media stuff on. It ain't there.

No Lb. I've done the same. There isn't an upload of the video on the Prohearings YouTube channel, nor is it on our website. Here it is, from 15 April 2019:

"The Company is actively communicating with the Government with regards to the Exploitation Concession for Kallak North. It has been confirmed that the Kallak application is being prioritised, an acknowledgement by the Government that the Company has been waiting an excessive period of time for a decision. The Company expects, and it is reasonable to do so, that a decision will be taken, by the Government, before the summer."

What a load of garbage that turned out to be. Kurt can use that as well.

Yes, fair comment. You aren't happy, but it's just how it is. I get that. I do feel that next February Kurt should revisit the possibility of taking legal action though, because it will be a year since the last "serious" meeting. He can examine just what, if anything, the Government has done on our case in the year since, with Minister Baylan knowing all year (unless the decision somehow comes prior to Feb) that we could eventually do something by way of legal action, to protect the interests of shareholders. Baylan is a disgrace and, if anything, his ineptitudes should be challenged further.

Although we don't quite agree, we possibly have different factors in play for our investments, I think more can be done, rather than rely on the KU. We've only ever been disappointed so far, waiting and waiting. A decade is a long time Sooz, all in.

Sooz, would you be happy for Kurt to do nothing now pending the outcome of the KU review? I'm not sure it would be right to rely wholly on the investigation pushing the Government in the direction of a decision. We could be waiting into next year, if Andy is right about how long the KU will take, and then there is no guarantee it will force the Government's hand. We already know how stubborn and uncooperative Minister Baylan has been. The wellbeing of BEM has been overlooked by the authorities throughout this supposed process.

I am concerned that we drift into 2021 with still no real clue as to when a Government decision on Kal will be taken.

So I'd like Kurt to think about the consequences of another year of uncertainty.

This is what Kurt told us in the 14 July RNS:

"A recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the region and continuing movement restrictions mean, at this time, it is impossible to commit to the drilling programme at Kallak with any certainty.

While disappointing not to be pushing ahead and exploring for additional iron ore resource at Kallak South, it is the right action to take."

Hi lb. I'm not sure about the Covid restrictions re travel into Sweden from Finland. Wasn't the drilling team from Finland? If they were under lockdown in Finland and we had already contracted them to drill, that could have been one reason why we couldn't do the work at Kal. The drill team having to stay put. The problem is that Kurt wasn't too specific in the RNS re us not drilling due to Covid. Difficult for a number of us to accept that it couldn't have commenced, considering the location being pretty remote.

Another idea is that he just decided not to spend the cash, without us first having the concession.

I don't know.

Baylan has not been uncomfortable enough to do anything about our application, even though he is fully aware that we have been considering legal action and could do so again. Any embarrassment only lasts when he is questioned about it, then it obviously quickly subsides. He is in a comfort zone, in my view, precisely because of his sturdy brass neck, but he will come unstuck with the right rocket. You are right, a scandal.

Kurt can still bypass Baylan. x

Al, I doubt too many long-term investors were that excited over it. We are only seeing a review of the Government's handling of our application. It won't mean that the Government will suddenly do anything quickly now, just because this review is on the agenda. Minister Baylan has known since before February, that we were considering legal action, and although we decided against taking it back in Feb, Baylan has had the brass neck since to do continue to do nothing by way of moving our case along to its conclusion, and has even ignored our Company's letters.

So as a review is a review, and not a legal demand to bring a decision for us within a certain time from now. I doubt old Baylan will raise an eyebrow over it, I feel, not until he receives a letter from our lawyers, and he is hedging his bets that Kurt won't action one. So far, Baylan is still in his comfort zone, no decision, no upsetting the Sami or Greens. No harm done! Excuse is that the matter is complex. (Guffaw).

I'm finding it difficult to get excited then. I must trust also, that Kurt is not relying on the KU to do our work, because he shouldn't be. Giving them information to assist in their review is good, helpful, but he surely mustn't then just sit back and see what occurs after that. This would be taking our own matters out of our own hands.

Great Sooz. Kurt could have also put that our application has been lodged proper since April 2013. More eye-popping, as nearly seven and a half years we've waited. Good that he's written to Peder though. Have to see what the response, if any, is.

Yes Sooz, good stuff that. The next stage now is to prize a decision from this Government.
