That's right Lb. The end of day sp on the left as we look only reflects the very last trade of the day, which in this case was a buy at 4.7p.

Sooz, I'm not sure what you decided to do in the end, lol, but it has been stressful. All of mine were electronic but with ii, it only showed the amount of shares and not the cost, so I had to work it out, adjust, etc to £1595 worth, then make sure enough money was in the ISA. Immediately! Lol. It'll be worth it though.

Al, I was just replying to Sooz. Not sure what you are on about. I wouldn't say the sp is really up.

No, don't panic, it's just me Sooz. I have a bit of OCD, we have both paid for them, you are right, but I want to see confirmation that my instruction to the broker has been followed. The money probably won't be taken from our accounts to BEM until the shares are in circulation, which won't be for a few days. I'd rather have fantastic news, knowing everything with this Offer is done and dusted, in case, and this is a very long shot, the sp spikes to say 50p on stellar news. I want to know that all shares are easily accessible to sell. I want to have that option. That's all. See what I mean? I'm sure everything would be honoured by BEM, but I feel a bit uneasy until my money is taken and the shares join my others in the pot.

I won't be waiting another decade if the sp spikes to 50p, and I will feel better when everything is done. I was worrying about the remotest of things happening while we are waiting for the Offer shares to clear. But, as you point out, we have paid for them, so the new shares are ours. Allocated to us.

Sorry if my post was misleading, It's just me fretting. We've waited so long for a decision from the Swedes, I want everything to be ok with my holding when we get one. We haven't had too much luck yet have we? Lol.

All that has happened in the last three months is that we've had a change of personnel and Borrelli has managed to slip away unchallenged, without any repercussions against him for how he's operated while in charge of BMR.

Bird is apparently proving no better, in my opinion. Nothing at all of any note has happened since he took over. Not that he's telling us anyway.

This continues to be a shocking display, not any sort of representation of our interests.

Hope you managed to sort all the boxing out. I find it exhausting at this time of year trying to sort cards and gifts. Thought I had it all sewn up on Saturday, got everything under the sun ready, including postage stamps, so I went food shopping to chill out. Upon my return home there was a card and gift lying in the porch, and it was from our new neighbours who haven't said a word for the entire four months since they moved in. Just nodded a few times to each other. Lol. So today I have to go out again and buy another present for them, and guess as to what they might bleddy like. Lol.

If there's a queue at the PO then take the time to ponder your recent BEM purchases, that should get you excited enough to pass the time quickly. Have today increased my take up of the Offer by an extra £95 worth, woo woo, to even up my overall share tally. With the little lovelies all now being in an ISA, when the broker transferred the old ones from my investing account a couple of years ago they knocked a few shares off, made my beautiful even numbers all odd like and 'twas ugly to look at Sooz, lol, so I've put 'em back on again and some more, an' it be all neat again.

Hi Al. I reckon it surely matters how many shares we have if we keep being diluted. Lol. Our existing holdings effectively shrink in value with each fundraise, if the sp doesn't go up after the fundraise and stay up, or if we aren't ever able to add to our holding to maintain our percentage. Over time it is a worry. In my case it has been anyway. The chance of my breaking even is still only really viewable via the Hubble telescope. Until next year of course, and I don't mean it won't then be viewable at all. Lol.

Generally a friendly bb this one, and we do help each other. It's important to share and be kind. Or even share and be unkind. Either way, as long as we share, it's all a help. Get things out in the open and work it out. I'm all for learning.

Thanks Sooz. Yes, it has been stressful, but I think another swing point for me was knowing that our cash, if we took up the Offer, whether in full or part, would be going straight to the Company.

SJ seems chipper, and that's always good. We shall see what occurs next year then.

Hi Sooz. That is a very fair post, and I agree, I could have held back on the t word, that wasn't called for, but it's how I felt at the time and unfortunately I happened to be typing. I was frustrated and angry with him and I'm still not too happy about the deal, so I shall apologise for the use of the t word for sure, not my finest moment, but not for how I feel, as a result of the manner in which Kurt has raised this money, not the raising of the money itself.

You do make some good points. The fundraise is immediate strength when we may need it most, especially should the Swedish Government continue to play games. Vardar, I won't go into that overly. We have the hi-tech imaging equipment and it's a good start. Shouldn't waste too much time or funds on needle in a haystack drilling with those more acutely targeted hotspots from the imaging info.

I feel better now that I've pressed the Offer button. I wanted to do it, I had the courage, lol, so now let's see what occurs with all the cash that is raised.

To be fair, he is a bit naughty, but he's an articulate barrel and I like that, nor is he responsible for the sp being where it is.

Well, I've taken up the Offer with ii just now to the tune of £1500, which is what I'd planned to do. I can't afford any more than that, and it wouldn't have made me too comfortable anyway, lol, but as Sooz mentioned the other day with regard to her own holding, I'll be keeping my percentage up a bit from where it otherwise would have been after the dilution, had I done nothing, so it should hopefully help going forward. Time will tell.

Lb, yes, but you should focus on the buy price of 3.16p for the Offer. Based on today's sp, as you have done, with a sell at 4p, buying even at 4.5p and not the full 4.7p quoted would equate to a buy sp after the dilution of 3.285p. Which is still above the Offer buy price.

Sooz, he didn't have to strike the Offer at such a discount, no matter how long it all took or when it was undertaken. "No" is always an option. Otherwise you are then allowing yourself to be placed over a barrel. Plus, he had already raised funds a few short months earlier.

Your comment cheesed me off really, I don't feel it is warranted or fair, when based on the evidence of the actual deal, and I won't be in the minority surely who believes Kurt could and should have done much better this time on our behalf. He has effectively raised a huge amount at a dire sp and is adding hundreds of millions of shares to the total.

But in your eyes it seems he can do nothing wrong, which I find rather unusual. There are many things that he could have done differently and better. Without hindsight.
