As for the extra electronically held shares that you applied for, when you edited to remove them, you might not have hit the "Confirm" button. Never mind, I'm thinking it was fate, lol. Also, 3.16p, I reckon it's a good price and we know that BEM will receive all monies.

I checked my order twice, double confirmed to make sure. An OCD special. Then on deadline day I was still twitching, wondering whether to buy a few more if I could, so I did. Only a few, what I could afford. I found enough piggy bank money for another 2,500 shares. £79, so I bunged it in. Lol.

Now the overall holdings figure is nice and neat and it's easier to work things out. We only need something super to happen now.

I can't agree with that Al. He is totally different.

My cash has gone as from the ISA as well, it went two days ago, but next to the Offer shares it shows zero as value because I suppose they haven't been issued yet. 22nd is when they should hit. If you've taken up your full entitlement in each case, as in, with both your certificated and electronically held shares, you'll get everything that you were entitled to. If you have applied for additional shares, you may get them. If not, the money for those, or if you get some, the money for those additional shares that you don't get, will be returned to you.

Not sure what you ended up doing, as I know you wanted it all in the ISA.

As it stands, I have £2.50 left in cash in my ISA, yet no tears, lol, and I think when the shares hit the market, I'm hoping that all of the shares that I took up go into one pot with my existing shares. As it stands, the Offer shares are obviously noted separately from your existing shares aren't they, and I don't like it. Lol.

Even worse, not taking up all of the Offer shares, some of 'em will disappear again from the account. Ha ha, blimey, let's hope they forget and leave them all there. Shush!

To the point and factual, well yes, I think he tried, he was helpful, although sometimes he forgot just how many shares he held at any given time. Lol. Imagine having so many, you just don't know how many you've actually got and even your brain doesn't know.

Cardo, fair enough. Bozzer is no longer our leader, he has left that post. Sidled off. He hasn't just become the Secretary, but this role holds no weight when compared to his relinquished post and the demise here which he has implemented and overseen. In my opinion only.

Difficult to see that he has done anything for BMR holders. Currently. Where are the RNS releases telling us what is going on?

Thanks Lb, much appreciated. It wasn't an easy decision to have made, but I'm rolling with it. Pleased that my holding has finally increased a little, it's another positive in fending off complete stagnation followed by dilutive demise. Lol. As it would have also been if I had opted to sell them of course, before the new shares hit.

We shall see what happens. Our Kallak application has at least raised its head.

Lb, I won't go into the 'whys' with you, but it was a measured decision, not a rash one. Whether it was the right one, time will tell. The unallocated funds from this fundraise could and possibly will have as much significance as those currently allocated, in my view.

Yes, Kurt has always pointed everything out to the Government, yet we've still been given the cold shoulder. This latest letter in the RNS is a beauty.
