Paul, if UNESCO deems that our application is sound and our operation won't affect Laponia, then Baylan and his duffers will have got out of taking sole responsibility for making the decision, and can point the Sami, who probably won't be too happy, in UNESCO's direction. Lol. Referring it to UNESCO takes the weight off Baylan's shoulders. Anything to avoid making a decision which can more readily then be contested.

Of course, it absolutely wasn't necessary to involve UNESCO, but the Government has proven to be a shirking wet lettuce all along.

Paul, I disagree with that. UNESCO cannot throw us any curve ball whatsoever if we are many miles away from even the outer edge of the Laponia heritage site. I don't feel we should make the mistake of viewing UNESCO as an extension of this inept current Swedish coalition government.

True Al, it's done now. Good that we brought our averages down with that 3.16p boost, so I'm chuffed that I took the Offer up, even though I'm well down on my investment at the moment, as are you. I can't see this dropping back to our Offer level, so fingers crossed we can make more decent decisions at the business end of proceedings.

A buyout from LKAB would take away any uppy downy nerves and finger wobbles on the sell button. I don't mind that happening. £1.50 per share, lovely. Lol.

We all know that Al, but at least you were able to afford to take up your full Offer amount, which is exceptional. Some of us couldn't afford to take the full amount with our own Offers, even any decent percentage amount, and of course some of us didn't want to take up the Offer. The point being that the Nordic pro investors managed to gain a large majority of any loose shares from AIM investors, but directly via a deal with Kurt. We don't know either, whether your bank was under specific instructions from BEM not to allow additional applied for shares of a certain amount to be taken up by AIM investors. All to boost the Scandinavian percentage.

Yes, it is great to see Sooz. I think the Offer to the Nordic Pro investors must have helped, oversubscribed over there and so on, so those of us who didn't take up our Offers lost some of those shares to other UK holders and many many many to Scandinavia. Lol.

Or if you aren't happy with the price offered you could try a kill or fill order. Select the price you want for them within the spread and see if the mms action it. If they don't then keep tweeking it until they do, or until it gets to the point when they haven't accepted your price but you aren't happy again. You are in control!

I bought some of my BEM shares in this way in the past. Not sold any yet, but the same kind of method should apply. With such a massive spread, it's better not to get fleeced and contribute towards an mm lobster banquet. Give 'em lentils instead.
