Hi TFE. Four trades already today though, we are flyin'. Lol.

I did a combined politics and economics 'A' level, so am quite interested in the coalition shenanigans, but to an extent. I want more of the economic side to kick in for us now. Think how damaging it would be for the company in terms of scale of dilution, to raise the next large amount of funding if, due to political reasons only, we still haven't received the concession licence on Kal.

It's surely about time we used the KU findings to back us up and demanded a date for this decision. If there is a valid reason why our case is with UNESCO then Kurt should tell us what it is, and I mean a valid reason. The silence from him is deafening.

Cardo, good points. We seem to have been delisted from AIM for a million years and we have nothing of note happening. That was arguably likely the plan. Take over the operation of our assets, delist us and give us nothing. Superb! Lol.

Meanwhile, those responsible for, at best, gross incompetence, continue to operate in the same area of business.

It's a horror story.

You are right about the poverty. The industries brought back hope, belief and much needed food on the table for many. Of course a lot of good people lost their lives along the way, working in dangerous conditions, but much to be said for the human spirit. The unbreakable determination to achieve a better existence for loved ones.

Lb, I tend to agree, so I'd say it's down to Kurt and Sven to use those damning KU findings and force the issue. I've mentioned this prior, but I would have bypassed Baylan and written to the PM. If we get no joy from Baylan via Sven's letter, then it's the PM next. It has to be, in my view. I won't say any more than that for now. Lol.

I'll enjoy the summer Lb, no doubt. I hope you do the same.

I would like to know what's going on though. Why UNESCO is taking so long, on a matter that seemingly shouldn't have been referred to it.

Exactly Sooz. The point is that we could get lumped in with the Natura 2000 debate and have to wait until what could be June 2022 until the Government mulls that over, if it does. Norra and UNESCO being the examples, as you've mentioned.

Considering that UNESCO has been piddling about for six months or so and not yet released its comments on our application to the Government, as far as we know, I feel Kurt should now demand a date from the Government for the concession decision. He can mention the KU findings and the damage to us as we enter our ninth year of waiting. Of course we must first see what Baylan's response to Sven's letter tells us. If he does respond. And how long do we give that? I think a month tops, we should wait for a response. No more than that.

Sick of it all. Lol.

Unfortunately the figure 8 is a swirl of infinity, which seems to be most appropriate in our case Sooz.

When I read there that the Government would get back on this Natura 2000 matter no later than June 2022, I got that sinking feeling, but taking our case in its singular state, us already waiting the eight years for a decision is absolutely criminal, in my view, so we need the decision this year, no matter what the next Governmental debate is about.

I'm half and half on this now. I know how superb the Kallak deposit is, but I also really want to sue the Government now for the damage inflicted upon us, which would then of course make our position in Sweden untenable. I have mixed emotions on our position.

My opinion only, but I've ready had enough of the political chicanery to last me a lifetime. I want something done and more information from Kurt about this UNESCO referral.

Sooz, that's a good point, but I should have specified that I was thinking more along the lines of us gaining the initial exploration permits, rather than keeping them current once we had them. Yes, we didn't carry out the work with Parki 2 area simply because of the concession award problem. Hence an explanation from us to that effect and the reversal of the decision.

Problems at their end heaped onto the shoulders of the junior minnow. We've had much to deal with.

Oh yes, the KS drill programme. Makes me tingle with excitement that does. Drilling at Kal again. Lol. I do like to hear machinery in operation. Not sure when that one will begin now though, with the UNESCO hurdle put in the way. As you say, the Parki 6 exploration licence was dispensed, swiftly so too, no bother. Well, with all the trouble to gain a concession on Kal, why issue that? You've hit the nail on the head I think Sooz. No reason why we shouldn't be granted the KN concession, with our spotless application, just as we have been given the Parki 6 exploration licence. It's only political moves that are stopping it from happening. If it were something else, Parki 6 surely should not have been issued, especially so readily, for us to explore that area further.

That is possibly a point Kurt could use. All throughout, we have never had difficulty gaining an exploration permit for the Kal area.

Surely it can't be too long before we hear of the Kosovo work plan for this year. Kurt mentioned in the 8 February £200k to Vardar RNS that they were analysing the data and preparing targets for further investigation. Couple of months gone by since. It was mentioned again in the Unaudited Results February update, so with it now nearing May, I'd expect some solid news on the plan.

Just a point, away from our Kallak focus.

Sooz, if they are just avoiding making the concession decision and taking us into the next election zone, then it beggars belief. How many times does Kurt have to stress our green credentials for this mining project?
