Kurt did complete the additional HIA, but the concession application was completed under Clivo, so which submitted proposals do you mean exactly? Not being funny with you, I'm just unsure what you mean. As for "concession first", I know those words have stuck in your mind, and I agree, there is real optimism in just those two words. Purpose. Let's trust that Kurt wasn't being flippant at the time. Lol.

Yes, that is a concern, the Government stringing this out until the next election, and we are tapped up in the meantime by Kurt (though we may have enough cash left) for another massive fundraise, at an even lower base offer than the 3.16p. Of course, that's being rather negative of me, but it remains a possibility, based on our eight year wait and the price set for the fundraise this time just gone. I'm not sure however what the overall cash burn will be until the election, or what project news may come. The hopeful optimistic view I have is that the Vardar projects turn up something stellar this year for us, which will be reflected in the sp going forward into the next fundraise. That's without the Kallak decision. We really could do for a change in fortune though, and, being ultra optimistic, we'll receive great news on Vardar and the Kallak concession before the next election. Not sure about Finland. It is a little bit of a sleeping project I feel.

What you mentioned about the government is a worry. A lot of issue dodging, and, in our case, fudging of what should be a straightforward process. Pass the parcel. Then pass it some more until the parcel disintegrates.

Tak, thanks for those honest comments. Not sure who I may have insulted, but if you believe that to be the case then fair enough. Yes, I want us to stick to the process, but we should not be without a timeline for the end of the process. As for what can be done, I've mentioned this already, but we must first see what occurs with Sven's letter. Stir the hornets' nest by demanding a decision date, supported by what the KU uncovered, being the lack, for over three years, of any governmental administrative procedure in place for the progression of our application.

Thanks Roller. I suppose no acknowledgement from UNESCO to Kurt may be policy, as in, only a response will be given to the Government, the body asking for comments. I don't know, on the face of it, not giving an acknowledgement to correspondence from BEM is obviously a poor display, so I can understand Kurt's frustration.

Not sure about 'F' bombs, but I do feel, as you know, that the KU findings could support us in demanding a date from the Government for a concession decision. We have so far only asked when one may come and had no joy whatsoever. Just the fob off from Baylan.

He has to be bold, otherwise this Swedish politics will continue to defeat us. If the Kal case shouldn't have been referred to UNESCO, yet it has, I don't feel we should expect a decision after that. Something else will surely be used to prevent one from being given.

We are now in our ninth year of waiting and Kurt is being respectful to the Government as usual, but if nothing comes of Sven's letter, he needs to stir the hornets' nest. Demand!

Ok Roller. Thanks for sharing. To be fair, we can't know yet whether Baylan will answer, because Sven has sent the letter this time. We only know that old Baylo doesn't respond to Kurt's letters, unless he absolutely has to, which of course is shocking behaviour.

Good morning Aug. Yes, I do see what you are saying, and I agree, but we are left guessing as to whether that is actually occurring. Lb's point is valid. If Kurt feels it is not a matter for UNESCO then what is he doing about it? Anything? It is six months or so since he said that. There is obviously more to this than meets the eye, fair enough, but our eyes don't deceive us in the lack of information related to shareholders this year. Not much at all to see.

It's ok to fuel our own imagination as to what a good CEO should be doing for us, but the proof of this only comes via communication from said CEO. I feel you are excusing Kurt's radio silence for something that he may not even be doing. You are trusting that he is in meetings and chewing the fat to move the Kal case forward and progress our business.

I'd just like to know what's actually going on, and if Baylan continues to treat Kurt and now Sven with complete disregard, I feel this then needs moving on to the next stage swiftly. Everything here is taking far too long. The delay is not Kurt's fault, of course not, but he must do something about it before the next fundraise.

A different approach then, and precisely because of who he is dealing with. Plus, let's have more information please, via RNS. How otherwise can we manage our investment here.

Lb, some of your comments are fair, if perhaps a little acute. Lol. There is obviously more that can and must be done, because we are still without the concession award after eight years, and indeed a return on this investment for many of us long-term supporters of the company. If Sven doesn't either receive a reply at all from Baylan, or a favourable one, it will be interesting to see what the BoD's next move is.

Aug, yes, but we didn't sign up to be the victims of secret politics. We have invested in good faith with the not unreasonable idea that timescales for official decisions would be the norm. I think it's fair to say that Kurt has more facts than we do, and is doing his best for us in the political arena, but the political jockeying at play here is endless and hasn't been in our favour to date. It should not really even come into our equation. We are now in our ninth year of waiting for a fairly simple decision, one based on the meeting or otherwise of criteria on an application form.

Allowing the politics to infiltrate our business, our livelihood, has only seen us travel nowhere fast. We shareholders do not have the evidence that Kurt, even though he has the facts, is a canny performer in this political arena. He is only trying his best. Or, perhaps he has in mind a date, that it's fine, for example, to wait a decade for this concession licence before he takes the legal option. We don't know do we?

Kurt has been quiet this year, in my opinion. I want these Swedish bureaucrats put through the mill now, not whenever. Time for him to make demands.

The KU findings are a good springboard for us and should be used.

Many long-term shareholders didn't expect a quick decision on Kal, following the mega fundraise, but I certainIy feel we do need more specifics as to why a decision still hasn't arrived, as in, what the problem is, the UNESCO situation. Why the lengthy wait. The letter to Baylan from Sven is a step in the right direction, but I fear it may not be enough, and addressed to the wrong person. Lol.

An update on Kosovo would be apt. Lots obviously happening in the background with BEM, the fairly recent announcement of the MOU came as a surprise, but I'd rather know what is going on in a timely fashion. Considering the money raised at the end of last year, we haven't had much news to go off, which I think is poor. Difficult to get excited when it's nearly May already and it hasn't been reported back to us yet that we have indeed hit the ground running.

Maybe another surprise will pop up now. A beauty. Lol.
