Due the listing being on TSX I do not believe the same rules apply like they do on AIM for disclosure etc. IMO

They have provided Tethy's with $5mln interim funding which would be repayable in February 2016 at an interest rate of 9%. What could go wrong with these assets, seriously! #BWTFDIK
