Am I missing something? How are they allowed to sell just before a trading update? He's going to have insider information!
How can the ceo sell before today? Surely it's a closed period before the update.
Should we be worried about moneybarn with this kind of thing around the corner?...

presumably there is not enough of a payout to make it worth taking on claims during the scheme
Now the scheme is proposed are CMCs still claiming against Provident Consumer Credit does anyone know?
Management said their proposal will include an alternative in case the scheme is not approved. The only alternative I can think of that still incentivises customers to vote for the scheme is to go to Judicial review.
Directors can only buy when they don't have any significant inside information. That's why they usually buy after an update. If they bought now they could easily be accused of insider trading if they have any info on how things are developing that isn't public.
I think it is crazy people are still asking this. They've said early 2021. If they gave an exact date that would restrict their ability to be reactive to a changing situation. If they gave an exact date and didn't stick to it everyone would be more ****ed off!

The going concern warning is just something the auditors insist on to cover themselves. As it says it depends on Covid and Brexit. I think both these would need to be bad outcomes for any concern.
I'm fairly new to this stock. Can anyone tell me what their advantage is over competitors? Thanks
