Completely agree, put the graphene and aluminium composite and potentially other composites in the pipeline to one side for now and Just look at the flake graphite production and projected revenue, also the speciality graphite revenue streams, which I believe will be huge. This company will be mid cap in a few years. I think their USP is their environmentally friendly production methods. If you're an electric car manufacturer, producing vehicles to conform to government guidelines of reduced emissions. Which speciality graphite producer would you choose ? This is where I think tgr holds a significant advantage in both demand and potentially a premium product price. They could be the go to spherical graphite producer. Now factor in the amazing potential offered by the aluminium composite and the other composites they're working on. This company will be worth many many multiples of today's price imo. Looking forward to the journey over the next 3+ years.
RNS from 27th October explains it. "Due to complexities of the US securities laws and the rules of the Nasdaq Capital Market, the ex-entitlement date for holders of the Tiziana ADRs (traded on Nasdaq) is dependent on the actual delivery date of the new Accustem ADRs (which will each represent 2 Accustem Shares to mirror the position of the Tiziana ADRs); this is different than the "ex date" of the Tiziana Shares for the purposes of the corporate actions timetable of the London Stock Exchange plc, but the difference has no economic impact on holders of the ADRs."
There comes a time, when you decide to buy into company with the potential to be a billion pound market cap. You either decide to give it a miss. And look back in years to come and regret your decision. Or you push on full throttle and sit back overjoyed with your decision in years to come. This company has the incredible potential that I have come across. You're either in or you're out. It's your decision but for me. Thier pipeline revenue/ profit that is forthcoming is just too much much to disagree with.
Putting accustem to one side. It seems to me that tils foralumab is going to be an absolute game changer.. Now we can worry about the weekly/monthly share price changes. Or we can sit tight. And wait for the inevitable two /three years time. Whem it'll be many multiples of today's SP
EU patent granted apparently.
I'm a newbie investor so may be way off the mark here but the recent RNS about the ADR time frame, said that ex entitlement date can't be set on the nasdaq until accustem shares are issued. So therefore ADR holders aren't yet guaranteed the accustem shares and will miss out if they sell? Hence the price difference. Tils is my largest position on my PF.
These are two different Apps. The App currently on trial on the Isle of Wight is a track and trace app, which will tell you if you've been in contact with someone who has subsequently had a positive test for covid 19. The App ctea are involved with will be a digital health passport, which will confirm the holder has had an anti body test to confirm they can no longer contract or pass on the virus. This is how I read it anyway. seems like a huge opportunity if the digital health passport gets rolled out and ctea are involved. GLA
I believe the ctea app is being developed as more of a digital health passport to show you are not a potential carrier of the disease. The App would become active once the antibody tests begin. I may be wrong but I think this is the purpose of the App.
