As per their RNS of 9th November "Cash runway extended into Q2 2025" I thought a fundraise was unlikely for at least several months and it appears they have confirmed that.

This was probably one of the main concerns the market had.

Personally I now want to see Director buys. In fact I expect director buys. The Company appears to be moving rapidly forward at last and so I would like to see the Directors invest as well!!!

Clearly Newland is good and was pursuing the many, many ways parsortix could make a load of cash. But there were IMHO far TOO MANY ways, so all crept along at snails pace. New directors/management to help him out/focus the Company. Starting to work well. Frees up Newland to sell...................... and we all know he can do that........

That is what I thought.

In the RNS of 9/11/2023 they said "Cash runway extended into Q2 2025". More than a year off.

Then again he might not be because as they stated in the RNS dated 9th November 2023 "Cash runway extended into Q2 2025". Well over a year.

My money is they will not do a cash raise for at least 6 months. By then the way things are going the sp will be North of 60p. In fact they may not need to do one at all.

That is complete rubbish. I shall tell you. "1" trades are sometimes to ensure the MM's (market makers) are actually giving the right prices. London stock exchance do these checks I believe to police it. Or anyone checking the actual bid/ask price, anthough a larger amount will usually get a better price.

The MM's monitor the posts, that is obvious, at least to me. Same way they monitor the RNS's I believe.

I'm afraid there are some extremely nasty people who post on this site. Also unfortunately you only have to be over 16 to join here, and you don't need to prove that either............ So some posters are as young as 16, some possibly younger. Also moderation here is practically non existant. Sure they remove some posts, big deal. But banning people for blatant lies and personal abuse does not seem to happen at all. The directors of LSE point out they have a disclaimer............ Please bear this in mind!!!!

The presentation this evening! 18.8% drop before the presentation is a bit brutal I think.

Still we know the share price went up 137% in one day on Thursday 4th Jan so it could do that again.

Now things are looking so much more posititive I think the market will be looking for director buys.

It is not price sensitive information to say you are talking to other Companies without giving details. I believe he could name some Co's they are talking to but no more than that.

There are numerous things that could move the sp up from here.

1. Broker upgrades.

2. Director share buys (I expect some within a few weeks, if not sooner!). Surely must happen?

3. The presentation this evening could provide:-

a) News of which Companies Angle are talking to about the Molecular analysis RNS last Thursday (The RNS mentioned they are talking to Illumina's (revenue in 2022 was $4.58 Billion). Are they talking to other Co's?? if so which ones?

b) News of interest from other Companies about the assays Angle have released in the last 6 months.

As far as I am concerned the sp is a steal at this level.
