Comek, it may be the norm but is it a good thing to employ directors with multiple roles elsewhere? No. Is it mandatory to employ these types of people? No. You are clueless. I don’t understand how anyone can disagree with my point of the company could be doing so much better if the BOD were working solely for CapAI, full time. It’s really simple.

Bashing the share with lies and baseless claims? When? I have been bringing up valid concerns. If one can’t do that on a bulletin board, then what’s the point? It is all about balance. When this company earns praises, then I will give them. Maybe I have been leaning on the more negative side recently, but it is justified, in my opinion.

Also a very contradicting statement from KitKat:

‘Ronjon's time on CapAI he will neither accrue, nor be paid, any salary for his role, instead his remuneration is entirely performance related and will only therefore be rewarded in the event of significant share price appreciation. What does that tell you?‘

The BOD have all got multiple employments, so any poor performance of CapAi wouldn’t be the end of the world for them. I take it you have never ran a business KitKat? Performance based salary’s aren’t very effective when you have employees chasing your carrot stick but also have others to chase elsewhere at the same time.

They might be working hard building CapAi 1 day a week but they’re also hard building other businesses for the rest of the week. Fantastic for us shareholders, really fair when you know there will be someone else out there who can be on this 24/7 at such a critical stage. Jack Allardyce was a bad move as he is splitting his time up between completely different sectors. Progress could easily stall due to part time leadership.

KitKat, you’re clearly defending the status quo here, but how can you ignore the fact that we're riddled with directors and key staff who are treating capAI as a side project rather than their main focus? It's seriously concerning.

If this is ever going to amount to anything significant, we need a Board that are in this full-time, not splitting their attention elsewhere.

I thought the whole point was to scout and invest in exciting external startups, then scale them into massive AI companies. Instead, it feels like we're mostly just spinning up our own internal ones now, what happened to that original plan? I’ve seen a few posts on here where Ronjon has showcased start ups and advertised for investment since the takeover, yet no deals have been made to tie them to CapAi. Why?

The "strategic partnership" with R42 (supposedly a major venture capital firm) sounds good on paper to some extent, but actual investment, commitment and scouting for start ups seems to be non existent as far as I’m concerned.

The £50k investment from Ronjon is starting to make sense—in hindsight it's peanuts, and no surprise he only put in that amount when capAI clearly isn't his main priority.

How does other institutions/organisations making progress bode well for Cap? It is not a good thing for us. Competitors are moving forward whilst we are currently just a name that isn’t operating yet, great.

The article you posted first is about progress being made by organisations that have absolutely nothing to do with us, so how does that bode well for us? The R42 companies like Superbio, at this moment in time are also irrelevant as they have no ties to us.
