SH, would seem like a sensible strategy considering recent events. The only, potentially, excusable reasons for their stated approach is that Botswana has already attracted discussions for a buyout or the new licence allows facilitation of some issues in Zambia (I'm a realist! ).
Any LTH might find the recent Altona Rare Earths RNS interesting, particularly in relation to Susteneri directors and shareholders.
Do we know how deep the deeper drilling is? I saw 1000m mentioned somewhere, what was the source? Any thoughts on what the drilling is targeting? Was there any mention, during the recent PR activity, of a small mining operation happening in the short/medium term?
I find it difficult to believe long term Investors are happy for the placing to be used to take out the seller at 1.8p, considering the placing was at 1.8p with warrants. The extra dilution and the seller benefits. I could see them just leaving the new liquidity to take out the seller.
This thread quite interesting as I found some of the RNS a bit puzzling .

FQM were very quick to progress Sentinel into production after they acquired it. Would be great for them if they could confirm a significant deposit on African Pioneer's licences.
This COULD be related to the NOMAD rules for Independence or conflict of interest. This could be either positive or negative. A Nomad must maintain independence and cannot act for another party in a transaction.
I'm not sure what the scope of acting for another party in a transaction encompasses. For example if Arc were to acquire an asset from another company with Spangles as a NOMAD, would this previously have been considered a conflict of interest?

I could actually nearly buy Botswana M&a discussions. Considering how closely Khoemacau have drilled they would be well placed to drill the licence. IF Khoemacau are convinced of a deposit on ARC's licence and ARC can get a reasonable return on their investment then it would probably make sense. Perhaps with any purchase negotiations having a leaning towards a royalty.
Financial results???
Was this just a list of potential items that can cause a closed period??
I guess there is a possibility that some of the p&d for Tingo was to enable Arc to sell. There is therefore a VERY SLIM chance that early Financial results are being prepared for a positive impact. Given the history it seems highly unlikely.
