Basing ALBAs ipo contribution on pre jorc value, Alba having paid for exploration to jorc and floating other greenroc shares to a chosen few would be irritating. Re "bleeding resources", Mineral resources in the exploration phase inevitability require cash to be spent on the for exploration and later development. It is the name of the game. How that cash is raised is another matter. It seems that well advanced Greenland assets attract a broader range of finance options than simply equity issue.

What ALBA bring to Greenroc .... the greenland assets ... paid for by 51% of greenroc shares
What new investors in Greenroc bring .... cash to pay for part of the progression of those assets

Alba dont directly get cash for the assets ... they get publicly traded shares, which, they are free to sell if they wish after the lockin period

In the hypothetical scenario you present you neglect to mention that the Intellectual Property Rights for MSAR and BioMSAR belong to the legal entity that is Quadrise Fuels International, not Jason , Mike nor any other employee directly.

The BOD are obliged to act with due skill care and dilligence and act in the collective interests of the shareholders. Which, as far as I can see, they have and with a great deal more focus over the past 9 months or so.

No I dont think ALBA will receive cash for the resources, they will receive shares in Greenroc for the resources. Those shares will be locked in for a period , which means that ALBA will not be allowed to sell any of those shares for a prescribed time, usually between 3 and 6 months. I'd rather we sell HH interests rather than Greenroc, if we have any takers for it anywhere near what we have down as our book value for it.

Id imagine that some of the finance package that Greenroc will need between now and self sustaining production will be in the form of equity raises, so there will be a "dilution risk" with Greenroc, that you wouldnt be so exposed to in Alba. Nevertheless, there's a considerable potential upside, especially with Amistoq. There's no right or wrong, just what's right for the individual. For me I'd like a bit more graphite exposure, so if I can get some greenroc at IPO then I probably will. I'll knock up a fb group too, but could someone else do admin, as I'm often away from connection to the internet

The reason I asked is because we "loaned" another 300k to HH in order to sink some simpler, expected to be more reliable vertical wells, and I am uncertain as to the progress of this.
