Could the reason for the lack of movement in SP be that MM's have a big buy order to fill and do not have the Shares?

Typical MM games. But it looks as though this time no one else is playing. Shareholders are not selling (well not in any real numbers). MM's are going to have to raise the SP significantly if they want to get some sizable sells.

ABER - Looks like I was being too positive when I had my cynical rant a couple of weeks ago!

On the plus side the news is positive. Hopefully we are a step closer to deal or milestone payment.

Whilst I very much appreciate your posts, and that you are willing to share your findings and views with everyone. I do, however have to take issue with you on one point. Firstly, I do think Vast has a huge amount of potential, and hopefully will realise that potential for all concerned. However you have said Vast have no control over the SP, I beg to differ. The decisions made by AP and BOD have had a direct and negative influence on the SP. Yes I agree to make a 4 egg omelette you need to break 4 eggs. AP has broken a dozen eggs or more and the 4 egg omelette has still not been made. Do I think it will be? Well YES I do. Do I also think AP has needlessly broken far more eggs in the process. YES I do.

I would think a rise from here. Topped up last week (at 0.67 aaarggh) and again this morning at 0.59.

Unless MM's are working through a big sell, this should be rising. News next week should be good so fingers crossed.

Aber - You are almost certainly right, and your response has made me chuckle. I think I was talking a load of bull. It's been a tough week (workwise) and I very rarely put my cynical hat on, but I was at a low ebb, and for once I gave in to it and committed my thoughts to writing (based on nothing at all apart from what has happened on almost every other share I have been involved in). I really do think SAR has a very bright future and I firmly believe this will do as you say. AIM in general has been peeing me off recently and I am slowly winding down all my other holdings. This is the one Share that I will not sell though, in fact I topped up this morning. It is the shining light in my shrinking portfolio. Across all my investments (whilst down on some and up on others) I have made a profit. But on most there appears to be no correlation between SP movement and real events. I have decided to put all my eggs in the one basket.

I am hoping I am proved wrong, but for prosperity I can look back at the post in a few weeks and chuckle at what a numpty I was being.

Anyhoo, I'm alright now, hat is off and not coming back on.

My prediction - I would not be surprised to see MM's holding this back, maybe even a slight drop before a steady increase up to 3rd June. If good news is released then a spike followed by a drop back down, but SP will settle at a higher level than now (probably around the 1p mark). Unless the news is absolutely fantastic, in which case same applies but will settle at a much higher level (possibly 1.8p).

I am basing the above on nothing at all, apart from my experience over the last 5-6yrs of investing on AIM.

Normally the info that is released has little to no bearing on the SP on AIM. Let's see if I'm right.

What am I missing?

GW will have a fixed number of shares. These have been given awarded at a notional price of .4. He does NOT have £10M worth of shares. Made up of whatever number of shares add up to £10M depending on the SP. He has awarded himself X number of Shares, if .4 is taken as the SP then they total £10M. However if .2 is the actual SP then he only has £5M. He doesn't get to say "I am owed £10M, therefore my Shares are now X xs 2.

He has valued the company at Y. X is a proportion of Y. If Y goes down then so does the value of X.

If I am wrong I apologise. Not looking to start a fight with either side of this argument, just putting my view across. I am happy to be corrected.

(To me, if there is an area of complaint (and I am not complaining) it would be around the number of shares GW has issued himself, not the notional value of those shares).

I for one am very hopeful. Yes I am looking forward to milestone payments, but I don't have enough money invested for truly life changing money to come back to me. (Although I would welcome the profits). If SAR do find a cure for many cancers then that IS life changing for a huge number of people. Cancer affects pretty much every family alive today. A cure for cancer, now that's something special. The profit on top, that's the cherry on the cake. If SAR fail I can afford the loss, but if they succeed, WOW! My other investments are just investments. This is so much more. That's the reason I won't be investing large sums. Failure would be the proverbial kick in the nuts on two fronts. Come on SAR!!!!!!

Am I missing something. 3rd time lucky please explain. GW can issue his shares to himself at whatever price he chooses. They will only be worth what someone is willing to pay for them. He may have awarded himself shares at .4 but if SP is .2 he would not be able to sell them at .4. They will be worth whatever the market says they will be worth at the point of sale. If I am wrong on this point please explain it to me. I'm not an expert. Unless there is a contract saying the company or A.N. Other has to buy them from him at .4 then it is a notional figure based on what GW believes the company will be worth. (or below where he thinks the company value will be, so as to build in profit for himself). If the SP is .4 or higher I for one will be a very happy teddy.

At present I have £0 as shares have been suspended. GW has taken Shares at .4p on relist. I bought my shares at .13. GW cannot sell his shares on relist, if he has chosen .4 as the price his shares are issued, he will be expecting to sell them at above.4 when the time comes. Therefore logically he will have given himself shares below where he thinks they will be. (otherwise there is no profit for him). He is not relisting on the casino that is AIM. He could be lining us all up for the SP to be well below .4 but all that would be doing is hitting his own profits. If GW make a fortune out of this then good luck to him, as a by product of that I too should make at least 3 bags (based on .4) but if higher (say 1p) I make 7 bags. Alternative is shares stay suspended and I make -1 bag. Hmmmmm 3 bags or -1 bag. I'll take the 3 bags thank you. All IMHO. I have voted YES to both resolutions. If I am missing something please help me out.

Only an RNS that actually delivers something will halt this slide / freefall. At the moment AP and the BOD look like they can't deliver a paper!!!! They need to deliver something tangible, may I say REAL!!!!! The problem is they appear to be a bunch of incompetent f***wits!!!

The BOD have clearly misjudged again. The Q&A has shown this. Q's were ok, it was the A's that were laughable. Failure to address the point of the question. Failure to explain why they gave the answers they gave. Why the A's do not match up to the previous A's given in podcasts, Q&A's and any other / all communications. They all talk with forked tongue, a touch of Trump's "Alternative Facts" brigade. A holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a result they have only hastened the demise of SP. They can't help themselves.!!!! That said when the SP gets to .10 I will buy some, and trade this share from here on in. I have always been a LTH. But never again on this Share. And on a final note. AP you are now on my list. talent & ambition if in equal measure are good things. However talent & ambition NOT in equal measure can have serious consequences. Unfortunately your ambition would appear to far outweigh your talent. You and us shareholders are the victims. AP you flew too close to the sun and now we are all strapped in for the fall to earth. All we really need (IMO) is one positive RNS, and sentiment will change in flash. The issue is momentum. AP needs to build some to stop the slide. I understand people will say it is far more technical than that, but my view is he needs to deliver something positive, anything positive in fact. Then deliver a 2nd bit of positive news on the back of the 1st. AIM market relies heavily on sentiment. At the moment there is negative momentum. Any bit of good news will slow the declining SP. Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed mining company with operating mines in Romania and Zimbabwe, announces that the US$5.5 million Tranche B Mercuria facility will not be received by today, being the last day of the 30 day period in which Bergen Global Opportunities Fund LP is not able to exercise its conversion rights in respect of the US$1.575 million Convertible Security issued to it pursuant to the US$3 million Bridge Facility announced on 20 December 2018.

The Company continues to expect receipt of the Tranche B Mercuria facility

Tranch B will not be received by today, so Bergen can exercise it rights. Poo!

If there is an NDA in place, is it even possible for Tim etc to be paid in shares? Would it not be a closed period? If he is not allowed to buy Shares then surely he would be allowed to be paid in shares either.

I am asking this as I do not know. Can someone enlighten me please.
