I disagree Phil, they can release an RNS highlighting intentions, strategy etc. Clearly they must have a strategy, goal, including iro COVID 19. Some of this info may well be sensitive and they would not be allowed to share and some they would be able to share. They don't have to state details, they can generalise. Communication is key at the moment. Successful companies have PR machines for a reason. Rightly or wrongly, SP is built around facts and market sentiment. PR is a vital element. Whether it should be is a different argument. (We don't make the rules of the game that we are playing. SAR are missing a trick if they refuse to use all the tools in toolbox). Just my thoughts. For what its worth I am a LTH and I believe we will get to the promised land. But failure to engage in PR to the maximum sure makes the journey longer and harder. AIMHO. GLA Elcap
